There is guy in This brunch, his name is Angel. He is one worst customer service representative, I have ever seen. He was very rude and unprofessional. I went there today with my dad and my dad doesn’t speak English so I was trying to translate to him and explain to my dad and angel was very rude to me.

The Staffs of this branch are rude and racist. My father already have an account with this bank and went to this branch to open a new account. They refused to open my dad’s account because he doesn’t properly speaks English. The bank staffs told to go to other branch where they speak his language.

My experience with this branch, 8950 164th street Jamaica ny is excellent. Any service that I needed, had been fulfilled properly. When I need notary public, Ms Sharon Dexter is always willing to help. With Ms Sharon's help in notarizing our documents, we were able to deliver documents on time for St John University projects and more projects will come such as " the proposed Health Sciences center". Jacky Philibert, Philibert Engineering PC, is please to have this citibank branch nearby to take care of business. Thank again to Ms Sharon Dexter of Citibank.J P

The bank teller and the manager are very rude and unprofessional, does not treat customer right, it's like they are miserable with their lives.

The worst customer service I have ever received at any of the Citibank branches. The Assistant branch manager, Christina, lacks customer service and should not be dealing with customers at all. Arguing with a customer loudly for about 10minutes shows that she clearly needs training on how to deal with people. I would never go back to this branch ever, she is disgusting.

I’ve been waiting 3 hours to open a checking account. 3 hours! Time is money, so don’t expect much from a bank that wastes your time.You can open a Capital One checking account online.
