Went to Citibank yesterday asked the manager for some assistance because the line was so long she told me no maybe somebody could use the ATM machine no assistant and everybody was laughing and having fun and no one was helping the customers I am now thinking about moving to my money from Citibank after all the years that I had my accounts there because of this manager she was the worst to be in management I asked for her managers number she said call number on the card and get it yourself she was yelling at me as if I was a first grader
