I came to open up a bank account and I used my residence mail to open it and they said that it’s not New York State mail it’s New York City. Where the hell we live in New York the address is in New York like horrible

This is by far the worst bank ever. The staffs are always against each other. They told me they would call to make appointment but they never did. They ask new documents each time I go. All this just for a bank account which is very saddening and funny at the same time. They had me waiting for about 3 weeks. I should have known before and went to another bank. Different staffs ask for different documents and they can’t stick to their word either. Well I had my lesson. A lesson to never go back again. Thank you.

As a parsons I don't like to complain!! But this thing make me very upset, n angry, about the service. I ask Banker Mr. Omar Torres, how long you need to get a Pre-approval? He told me it's not takes more than three days!!!! Okay very good, I give him all the documents (05 /07/18) whatever he needs. 05/18/18 I went back to get my Pre-approval, but it's not ready yet. He try to call someone did not answer!!!!! Okay also very good.. then he took my number n told me I will contact you. It's been another one week no one f.... call me.05.28.18 Don't worry about it !!!! I can go somewhere else. Try to do your job perfect. Any questions called me 3474762499

This is one of the best CitiBank branch in Queens, No headache of parking and above all staff here make you feel welcome :) When I am here, I love how they have a seperate line for citibusiness and staff are amazing. Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing ... Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf ( Quamrun Naher ) she truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi !!!
