Went here for a coolant leak, not even a week later I had to get the line changed again. $100+ for labor & $75 for coolant plus the actual part. First he wasn’t getting the line then he was getting a “repair kit”. Got there when they opened, my vehicle wasn’t ready until after 1pm. Went to pick up & was told they used a replacement line instead. So $100+ for labor? What labor? Switching an old rubber line for another OLD RUBBER LINE? Less than a week later & I'm changing the line somewhere else because it’s still leaking. Would not recommend. Overpriced, basically paying for them to simply put the vehicle on the lift & take hours to do what exactly? I don’t mind paying someone to do the job & get the parts. They have to make a profit on the part so they’ll charge higher, understandably so. But to do crap work, lie & not even fix the problem!!!! 1st & last time here. Went here because of all the great reviews but never again. $250 plus a tip - wasted.

I am so happy that I have Ryan from Cliffs Auto Repair in my pocket whenever there is an emergency. I know he will steer me carefully and give me fair prices.
There are a lot of competitive repair shops out there, but I promise you, if you go here you will be taken care of.
I don’t know all the guys names, but there wasn’t one unhappy person working there. Every time I go I get the feeling that this place is a good place to work.
If you have Geico and have roadside assistance and reside in and around Ozone Park Queens, do not hesitate to get towed here. Yeah, the tow truck dispatcher will try to dissuade you and guide you towards their own lot, but Ryan will make it worth your efforts.
My car went from not breathing anymore to getting me and my kids around to all our important appointments. All in one day!
