The CVS on 178-02 Hillside Ave the manager was very unpleasant and rude and not polite it's the worst shopping experience I had to interact as a manager she was very RUDE 😑

They can do better. Everytime I go to pick up prescription the line is massive, and instead of communicating with one another to help a customer they tell you to go back to the end of the other line to be helped. Then while waiting to be called, to find out from a customer that they won't call you when your prescription is done, you have to go them and ask yourself. So they tell me to wait 10 minutes to be called, I was sitting there for 20 minutes and asked myself. It's horrible.

Where the c.v.s greasce? Store management sayz this store discontinued that product. Then wheres the Vaseline grease? I'm so confused. Every other C.V.S. has that king, but on Hill Side it seems like it's something swine about this product that the other places don't mind. But maybe the last time I was at 8807 Rckwy Blvd. they did not have either grease as well. So still confused.

we get text that say our prescriptions are read - and when we get there they say no - with my wife the girl Dana would tell my wife she is not in the system than turn around and say we have you with two different last name so my wife told her to fix it she told my wife no she couldn't fix it. CVS is a few blocks away from my house but if this picks up I will have to use someone else - I like CVS I use that pay $5 a month incentive you have - but its not wroth going though this all the time - some of the people that work there may need to be retrained - they don't try to help

There was a Bengali cashier who was very rude to customers, and the Indian lady manager did not know how to treat customers either. I will never go back to this CVS again.
