I haven't done a yelp review in years but seeing the one star that this store has, I can see they definitely do not care about what people think of them. I drove from Brooklyn to Queens to this location arrived at 8:53pm to be told on the outside that the store is closed and has been closed since 8:45 though online Sally's store closes at 9:00pm. Can you guys at this location adjust your closing hours online so we don't have other idiots drive so far to get there only to be told the same crap.

If you can help it don’t use this CVS by all means. Go somewhere else!!! Very ghetto and disgusting service. You will be on hold for a very long time before getting a rep. Close to 30mins. And when someone finally does answer the phone, they are extremely rude. They are very quick to hang up phones. Getting a pharmacy transfer is literally impossible!!!!! They claim they cant call the pharmacy you want to transfer your meds to. But when you get the pharmacy you want to start filling at to call them they hang up once you say the words transfer. Literally if you want your sanity and peace of mind, don’t go to CVS on merrick. They can’t hand the work load. They all suck here ??♀️??♀️

As someone who is IN healthcare, the MOST important thing is empathy. However, the pharmacist I just spoke to had absolutely none. After speaking with multiple CVS's and getting different information regarding my prescription as well as conflicting information from my physician, the pharmacist just spoke to me in such a condescending manner I am still in awe. Everyone has their days and I hesitated even writing this but after ending this call SO frustrated I actually CRIED, I knew I had to. I wish I had a name but it is a woman. She was so short with me after this being my 5th call to them TODAY (of which I was placed on hold for 30+ minutes OR hung up on without ever being connected) AND I also used every break I had throughout my day to call. Only to be greeted by a woman who had NO interest in listening to me and instead wanted to reiterate company policies and remind me that the back order situation "Is all over the news" . And then proceeded to tell me to "maybe you should call back on Friday and maybe you'll get the person you spoke to before" and then to add insult to injury, after I expressed my frustration with being unable to fill my prescription for a month, she replied "yeah you along with 20 other people who are also waiting for the prescription. And even if your doctor sent a new prescription today we still wouldn't have it." YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I didn't need "company policies to be broken" a simple, "you know what I can understand your frustration and I apologize that you've haven't been able to get your prescription for a month." WOULD HAVE SUFFICED. But instead I was belittled and disrespected to the literal point of tears..... Just wow.

I have been using CVS on linden for years, this is the first time i was disrespected and made to feel like crap because of my disabilities. The phat that is called Maria is very rude and violates all HIPPA laws. She put my business in the street. She also was disrespectful to my Doctor, while asking what was needed for me to receive my medication. She told him she is the one who decide, we spoke to her with respect but didn't receive same back. I asked for her name and id number to file complaint and she refused, i told her than I'm recording and she needs to give me the info by law. No name tag and when I started to record she threatened me. She then said she was going to call the police and I said ok now you're being a Karen. She refused to help me figure out how I could get my insulin, a life saving medication. She then disappeared with a line to back of the store. I asked another pharmacist for her name and she refused to give it, so I asked her name and she said Ms. Ta. I've never been so Embarrassed in my life.

This pharmacy is ridiculous! I called about my prescription since last week or the week before, every time I called about my prescription they would tell me it’ll be ready another day .. last time I spoke to them they said they have to order it & it’ll be ready today (Monday) I called today they now saying it’ll be ready tomorrow. This is a big issue & they need to do better.

This cvs is awful. If your prescription is placed on hold they don't tell you, they just say your doctor never sent it in. When you call them on the phone to ask if your prescription is ready they'll say yes, but then when you get there they don't have it because there's a shortage (just tell me you don't have it so I don't waste my time). Go literally anywhere else.

Been a customer of this place a few years now. Friendly staff from a pharmacy stand point, but as soon as stepped foot in the door the security followed me as if i were to steal items. Not being discrete about it either, passing through the isle about 3 times. Sad because one person can throw your whole vibe off and he has the nerve to say have a good day after i have my receipt. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered same day pick up for multiple pictures on 8/30/23. Here it is 9/15/23 and they still don't have my pictures with no explanation. And the picture area looks horrible. I will not be shopping at this cvs no more. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very bad customer Service, I have been this place 3 different occision on July 26, 27, and 28 2023 around 10 am to 11:30 am.Very rude Indian 2 lady doesn't know how to respect the customer. Both ladies keep ignoring when a customer asked for help on the aisle.One of the ladies told me she can't help because she is the only 1 and the other person inside the room. I was waiting 30 mins. Even after surve the customer she was busy with the phone touching but not helping on the aisle when I really need the product.They should not deserve job in this kinds of role.
