My mom and I went to this place years ago and had to get my new York state ID card and that had to fill out the form and then take a picture of it. The people there were friendly and nice.

I was going to rate this location lower then this because of the rude security they have but my sons appt went smooth and was overall a good experience for him ( minus the rude security guard)!!!! For further notice you need an appt regardless of what is posted online.

I am going to say. I recently visit three different DMV with in the span of a week. And i am very disappointed with the visit of jamaica dmv !
They were not upto the mark as the others. Plus i think they should more work on customer service satisfaction!
