The employees have service dogs, they roam the store they run up to customers when they come in they really need to keep the dogs next to their owners

So I’m at the register to pay n the cashier looked at me, went to the next register n the took the person behind me and said to my face people come in here r very annoying.. I’m left confused, I’m sure it’s a racist thing but I have never encountered such Costomer service in my life!!!

The new manager here has poor customer service skills and followed me outside the store and threatened me, and physically assaulted me. The female employee was helping me kindly to use a coupon, but he kept voiding my transaction and not adding the coupon after the girl got it to work. He's extremely disrespectful, rude and ignorant.

I don't know what's going on but to go 2 months with no detergent on the shelves is ridiculous. It's a huge inconvenience I have to drive out to the Dollar General on Jamaica Ave. Every time I ask where the detergent is it's the same answer "We don't know!" Or we'll order it on backorder. You made sure all the Valentine's Day items were stocked but to have no detergent on the shelves is ridiculous. They have employees stock stock stock every day but the detergent aisle is always empty.

For three weeks the detergent hasn't been stocked. O had to beg someone to drive me to another location to purchase ALL detergent. They stocked all the cheap detergent. Same with bleach. They made sure to stock Valentine's day decor and candy I see that was important. Three weeks no detergent is ridiculous

I like this store because it is convenient, fare prices and one stop home shopping needs. They could use a store redesign, good stockers and overall mngmt, although they try their hardest .

Very poor.... 1st of all this location is completely unorganized it's a whole mess there's dirt stains on the floors everything is outta sorts, and then they won't give cash back when the costumer requests it. They have signs up saying we're only giving cash back 4 hours a day from 12-4.... That's outrageous when you have paying costumers like myself in need of cash back when we request it we should not be told no after walking through the dirt & grime and purchasing items with a purpose. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!

I did an online order because it was convenient since I am pregnant nevertheless when I got to the store it was busy the cashier line. I told them I have an online order and the guy said to wait a few minutes, that then turned out to be 30mins; within this time I asked the guy if he wants me to join the line he said no.... but he waited until the line was done before assisting me. When he finally decided to get the order he had to then get the items off the shelf. Which was then another 30mins. Now had he open his mouth an say this I could of got the stuff or stood online. So at this store there is no customer service. Finally it was my first time at dollar general and to be honest it's nice they had a deal on certain items but it's not worst shopping at a store with no customer service and under staffed especially if you drive and have other options.

All the employees are Rude , loud and cursing when talking to each other . ..there’s never no one around for assistant and when asking for help they do it with attitude.. most of the time the store is not showing organized and carts full of boxes be on the way of the aisle
