Worst experience ever, long line, they aren’t professional at customer service, and they don’t inform you of anything & miscommunication happens but when you return the car, they charge their fees & don’t care about it.

I recently visited Enterprise Car Rental in Jamaica NY on Hillside Avenue. They opened at 8:00 am as stated on their website and they did not disappoint me. They treated each of their customers in the most wonderful way. We were all greated and expedited in a very professional manner. All the Personnel were wonderful. We made the reservation online prior to picking up the rental.The price range of the rentals was competitive and overall I was very satisfied with the car and service. I will definitely return here in the future. Kudos to both Managers. Especially Dejohn.

139St Hillside Enterprise has one of the best customer service and professionalism in the entire company. Overall, every Enterprise location i been too provides excellent service.

A disgrace. Made a reservation and that’s fine. Call the day of with all debit card information needed, even extra. Told great and then Manny makes things up off the cuff and leaves for 20 mins. I offered anything. All balances zero, bank info. I offered everything. I’ve used this company for 30 years and had other people use them. However, the last 6 months they are a disgrace and when you’re told the district manager will call you. Not a chance. Customer service is pathetic

I was wasting my valuable time. I handed over my passport, license and Chilean identity card, to tell me that according to them the bank and my card did not match (Scotiabank) then I gave them my Chilean bank security card it did match according to them, but that it was a second attempt and there were controversies to give me the car. A piece of crap. Now the continuation of this story of terrible attention... This is the response and closure of Enterprise. After Cristina from Enterprise indicated that she would like to fully investigate the case of my wasted time, I got nothing at www.enterprise.com/en/help/contact.html. Some person or bot called Kia answered me, I explained everything and he disconnected without even saying goodbye. But yes, Enterprise wins 2 to 0, I wasted my time twice with them and they have no respect or customer service, just look at the dialogue in the image if you don't download it. Find another place to rent vehicles

Fast service. Representatives were friendly and professional. Employee Dejon helped me out. He was very friendly and helpful. Only down thing was the selection of cars was very limited.BUT my ride was extremely clean and overall cool employees and good experience.

I had a great experience renting from Enterprise. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up and drop-off process quick and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely use Enterprise again for my future rentals!

I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into Enterprise Hillside location. Manny, the manager greeted me warmly with a friendly gesture. He was polite and very professional. He should be recognized as the employee of the year. With the assistant from the friendly staff, Manny helped me set up a car rental and explained to me in details. He even emailed me the next day to follow up to see if everything is working out with the car. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend anyone looking for car rental to go to Enterprise, especially the Hillside location.
