It showed up about 5 days too late and every time I checked the messages and the emails said different things then when I called they told me something totally different.

Horrible customer service. I have a shipment arriving in 2 days and I still didn't get the arrival notice so I can clear customs. I called multiple times and sent 2 emails with no response. the oversees team says they keep emailing too and nothing.

Absolutely horrifying customer service. Don't expect them to help you, expect them to tell you all the ways they are not responsible, give you incorrect information, and just generally not care about helping the customer.

HORRIBLE!! I Regret using these clowns. I've imported OVER 60 containers from China and I decided to give FedEx Trade Networks a chance. A bill of $1,878 turned out to be close to DOUBLE at $3,300 because: 1) FedEx forced me to pay a bond fee of $500 2) FedEx did NOT inform me about the day the container arrived and I got hit with 7 days of DEMURRAGE Fees at the port waiting and NO ONE contacted me 3) When I contacted FedEx, they keep telling me to talk to a different person in the office who isn't there and bouncing me around different extensions. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE MESS. TO add insult to injury, they mistakenly charged 2 other fees which they eventually took off the bill. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I choose these clowns to do business with.

This is by far the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! Some of the managers are very unprofessional and the manager whom was over me by the name of “Felicia Kugler†is VERY VERY prejudice plus she's very unprofessional as well! Just got hired about two weeks ago and every since I've been working there “Felicia Kugler†has tried so hard to make my life hell by harassing me at my own job throughout the days I've been working there Monday-Friday sucha typical racist lol. So She would do things like follow me into the bathrooms when id use the restroom and pretend to do the same every single time + she kept my name in her mouth talking down on me to other co-workers in front of me and I'd still pretend not to acknowledge what she'd say or what they'd say because I'd like to remain as humble as Iï¸ always am. Im a young black woman and yes Iï¸m always well dressed , Iï¸m very intelligent and confident and that intimidates weak people like her.That lady spent so much energy trying to make me quit and also has told other co-workers in front of me that Iï¸ wouldnt last long in front of me lol ...basically just by always saying snide remarks every time i asked her a question related to my work so Iï¸ never felt comfortable to ask her anything anymore..and Iï¸t wasn't like Iï¸ didn't know how to do my job correctly because Iï¸ would ALWAYS finish my work early because it's not like Iï¸t was hard . Now, the overall job let me go because Iï¸ spoke upon the issue and they said they didn't so call want me in that environment and Iï¸t wasn't a good fit for me LOL “ but yet your still allowing discrimination in your workplace LOL and Not only that they cut my check twice and tried to pay me what they wanted to pay me and not only even that they've send me checks that the banks couldn't even process AND Iï¸t took an entire month to finally get the check that Iï¸ worked for and the balance still wasn't right so I've had to contact a higher authority to even get that straight..Iï¸t all literally made no sense at all. I've never had to deal with any people like this in my entire life. The funny thing is everyone else in the workplace was very sweet and great coworkers but the when your a manager and you have the little “power†you have , people take advantage and because they just feel like they can get away with Iï¸t ...no matter how kind you are but just know god never sleeps!

Terrible !!!! Driver claimed to have left a door tag and didn't ! On top of that I was home and the driver didn't ring the bell !!!
