This is for the freight building 262 - there are two very kind employees there that were extremely professional and helpful, even though it was the end of the day. One was a younger black woman with long hair and the other was a younger man who helped me get my package to my car. Thank you guys! Get them a raise!

This is the worst experience I've ever had, 3 delivery attempts allegedly made not a single door tag left, looked at my cameras, driver didn't even make the effort to enter my property let along knock or ring a bell, he took pic from outside saying no body home, did it again next day, and claims he attempted delivery again at 948pm at night totally false and fraudulent and lies, I have cameras on my front door to prove the lies, then I'm told they have it at this station to take off work for the 3rd day and go get it, I get here and it's rude attitude doesn't track my package for 30mins then tries to say it's out for delivery, showed tracking that says it's in facility, now I'm here waiting another 30 mins, don't ever use FedEx or come to this place, this company and it's employees all suck.

Arrived at 1350 to deliver. Was told had to wait til 1530 for the guy to sign papers. Not sure why the guy sitting in the office could not sign. But I don't get paid to sit here and wait.

Worst Fed Ex company Ever I waited 2 days for a overnight delivery and they act like they came and took a pic of a wall that isn't even my address then say they attempted delivery when I was sitting outside waiting both days .They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate . I left a number location to leave it and still no delivery . Then I'm injured can't walk and they are doing this to me .

The most disgusting service. Very often they do not deliver packages, they simply do not come to my home and send a message that we tried to deliver your package, we will try again during the next business day, but the most disgusting case was the other day, the driver from this facility did not come to my home, FedEx as always sent me a message that I am not at home… I change to delivery to the FedEx facility near my home and wait for delivery. A week has passed, and I remember this package, I call customer service and the operator tells me that we are very sorry, but you have two options: either you pick up the package from us within two days from the Jamaica facility, which is an hour's drive from me by car, or we send the package back. Such a wonderful FedEx service

I have yet to see any shipping company as bad as FedEx. Their delivery men have the worst service.
The staff at this office are very rude, they won't listen to you, they won't let you talk and keep cutting when you try to talk.
I had an overnight delivery and paid 75$ for it, their delivery man came and left and didn't even bother to send an email, text or call. I paid extra because I needed it as fast as possible but if you're not gonna bother delivering it in emergency why take extra money? I came to pick up in-person and they were not coperative at all.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this FedEx facility. I officially placed a hold on my package for pickup, and when I arrived, the worker told me it was on the other side of the airport and couldn’t be brought to me. I was told to come back after the Memorial Day holiday. So I did. When I returned, a different worker informed me that the driver completely disregarded the hold request and decided to take it out for delivery anyway. But instead of delivering it, the driver marked it as “address incorrect” and “package on truck,” and now I’m being told to come back another day.
So to be clear: my package is not at my house, not at the facility, and not in my hands. This location is playing games, wasting my valuable time, and operating with zero professionalism. I will never use FedEx again, and I strongly advise everyone to choose a more competent and reliable provider. Avoid this facility at all costs.

I had 3 Mother's Day flowers being delivered to Brooklyn from this FedEx location, my mother and grandma got theirs but my sister never received hers and the driver stated that he attempted to deliver which is a lie, my sister was home the whole day and at the time he claimed he tried to deliver,
she got another FedEx delivery from another location, he alsi claimed he left a door tag, they're supposed to try again tomorrow but what is the point of delivering dead flowers after Mother's Day. I paid extra to have those flowers delivered yesterday May 10th but obviously they didn't care about that. Update; now today May 12th, they're claiming that the address is incorrect, my sister called customer service and made a complaint and at 6:30 the package was delivered, they didn't ring the bell and it looked like it was thrown.

This is their proof of delivery that they did not do! They lie that they tried to deliver but they were waited for at the door and no one was there. Monopoly, if not, they would have been deprived of their certificate long ago. Disappointment
