I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The employee(male)at the counter was extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful and unhelpful. When I tried to ask about an item, he cut me off and just said “no” without even letting me finish my question. Later, I found out the store actually did carry the product I was looking for. This shows not only a lack of customer service but also a lack of care in doing the job properly. A convenience store should be convenient, but this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve respect and accurate assistance.

I forgot to take pics, Order a Western omelet, it tastes ok but no cheese, but they they don't have ham and there were no toasted bread. Was not worth the money

Nilesh and Sandeep are awesome! Always happy to help customers and ask how your day is going. They offer a variety of fresh sandwiches and make them to order. We recently saw a sign for lamb over rice and had to try it - yum! Very convenient location for last minute item and quick deli meals.

Food poisoning from this place. Not happy at all. The customer service is terrible as well. They aren’t friendly at all.

Try the fresh squeezed orange juice and the sandwiches and juniors cheesecake. They have great hours and nice staff.

Very uncomfortable place. The couple (minority and could be the owners) would watch you closely or follow you on every step. I will not go there again unless I need to.

Lived in the area for over 10 years and just stopped recently going there. They change prices every day. Most expensive in the neighborhood. They also never give you back the correct change. If your change is 14 cents they will only give you back 10 cents. Any pennies in your change they wont give it back. I rather go to 711 up the block way better prices. Previous management was way better!!

My fiancé and I live around the corner and we both come in here maybe once or twice per week for random items we need. We love the friendly new management and employees, and that they have vastly expanded both their inventory and their services. They now have a working deli counter, quick pick-up salads, cookies, and sandwiches, and also plants and flowers. Their extended hours are much appreciated for when you might need to stop by on your way to the LIRR in the morning or on your way back home after an evening at Austin's Ale House
