WARNING!!!This place is a total disaster. Took my truck in 2019 ford expedition limited for maintenance with only 36000 miles. Brand new truck. They took pictures before leaving the vehicle I also took pictures before leaving my car. When it was time to pick up my car. They scratched my doors all over. Apparently it was the second vehicle that day done the same thing. They offer to fix it. Put in a loaner, to find out a week later they drop off my truck. A total mess!!! More scratches was done. Horrible paint job. The door was full with bubbles, different color and texture of paint. Another deep scratch done in the driver door. DISASTER!! Not only am I left with out my car but also the value of my car just went down $10,000. Due to their corrupt and horrible service!! PLEASE BE careful!!

My 1st service at this location , supposed to be an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and check for any recalls on my 2022 bronco, I do love the car . But from from a service stand point this location was terrible from the get go. I pulled in for my 10am appointment that originally I was going to wait approximately 2 hours supposedly. I sat in my car for 20 mins before they even approached me , then they finally come to the car ask what I'm here for . They tell me to go inside and check in with people in the office, no one new what they were doing there was like 20 people in the office, turns out they are working with a new software system, so it was a bit hectic . The worst thing is not anyone communicated with me from the the get go about the delays they were having which should have been addressed immediately when I pulled in . Now I'm sitting in office waiting for anyone to help me all I wanted to do was leave at this point. It's finally 10:45 I had to go the employee took my name and info then I left my car there . This is Friday morning , never received a call from anyone all day to communicate anything on the status of my car. For all I know they are closed tomorrow, my car is still there . I know I will never go back to this Ford service location . They practice the absolute worst customer service! I own three cars , this has been the worst experience in years . They really need to get it together in this place.

I lost my car in the flooding a few weeks ago and my family has been working with Anthony and Yvonne for years. They kept my car there for Geico to come prove the total and Yvonne had a loaner car ready for me. The staff at Ford of Queens Service Center go above and beyond to help others. This was not my first time here and my past 2 cars were Fords. All services including oil changes, inspections, engine issues were all completed in a timely manner . I will always come here for my car needs.

Made an appointment for service. Confirmed by e-mail. Arrived on time and met the service manager, Yvonne Brown. She promised my car back in 4 hours as i was heading off to have my knee drained. She kept me informed throughout the process as i decided to wait. Car was serviced and returned to me as promised. I don't visit the service center very ofter as the Navigator never has any issues. Ms Brown is customer oriented and always has a smile. Highly recommend Ford of Queens Service Center to all.

After purchasing their higher end vehicle, a Ford Expedition Platinum series fully loaded, aside from many other vehicles from this location and having referred multiple people to purchase vehicles there successfully; I would have never expected the treatment I received all the way up to ownership (Mark, ext: 666, that is his actual extension). Since the purchase of my Expedition, I have had continuous complaints about functions that do not work appropriately in my vehicle, yet no one there knows how to fix the issues. Most recently there has been a warranty issue that I have been complaining about for over a year/3 to 4 service visits prior to my bumper to bumper warranty expiring. It is now apparent that the issue has been continuously misdiagnosed, potentially on purpose, 100% due to negligence. The last time this issue was addressed was May under warranty and there is an extended 12 months/ 12,000 miles warranty for any replaced issues that has not expired, and they are refusing to address the matter unless I pay out of pocket for something that is supposed to be under warranty. I now can see that this service center double dips and contacts Ford Motor Company directly and asks for assistance and leads you to believe they are repairing an issue under your warranty. When your warranty does expire you should know Ford Motor Company will assist Ford owners up to 3 times a year with repairs. This location will call Ford Motor Company on your behalf without consulting you and have warranty issues repaired through Ford Motor Company and double dip (get paid twice) and have you believe they fixed the issue through them in turn using up your 3 times a year assistance that Ford motor company provides us Ford owners. This service center continues to use (ABUSE) the one blessing they have Yvonne to pacify everyone's concern. She seems to be the only understanding person there, but she does not have any authority to assist serious matters. It is clear all the way up to ownership (Mark ext: 666, that is his actual extension), this location is filled with opportunist who do not understand the hardships a hard-working person goes through, and they tend to use the person who most resembles your demographic to soothe the consumers concerns. Just look at who responds to most of these complaints. It is very clear why this service center has two stars out of five. I would urge you to think twice before utilizing their services. I’ve been with ford for some time now but the service area does have high traffic, my ford 22st went twice for the same problem. I was promised a loaner, one was put on hold for me. why I went to drop off my truck there isnone to give.I don’t care if the car falling apart or not I work and have errands to do.

Originally, I ordered a part for my 2007 Ford Fusion. The part came fast as requested and I was happy with the parts department. However, my pleasant experience ended when I made an appointment to have the same part installed. When asked what service I will be requesting, I told the young woman who answers from the service department that I need my smart junction box installed. She took all the necessary information and scheduled the appointment. Great but when I asked about pricing, she stated that she doesnt know how much, that she would take my name and number and get back to me. No one ever called. It's not until two days before the appointment I called back to inquire about the pricing again and that's where things went down hill. First and formost, the you d lady who picked up the phone was very rude and condescending. She offered to transfer me to parts where I can get help about the part I would need to order. If she was listening, she would have known that I already had the part. She then offered to take my information and call me back. I was no longer interested in that based of my previous experience with her. I had to explain my frustration with her lack of help for her to find someone to help me. this is when another woman tells me about a 150 diagnostic fee and the hourly labor wage. something he first young woman could have told me. All in all I cancelled my appointment. I would not be returning or using this business. It's sad that they represent ford.

This my second review for Ford Lincoln of Queens and it will certainly not be my last. I had the pleasure of receiving the valet service and absolutely loved it. Yvonne had me at hello for the very first visit. I purchased my Lincoln Aviator Reserve at Empire Lincoln of Huntington and vowed to never deal or refer the Lincoln brand. I can honestly say the transparency and professionalism is unparalleled. Keep up the good work and you will have a forever customer.

I don't usually critique venues, but I was so upset with the service at Ford Lincoln of Queens, I had to say something. I received a notification about a recall for my car months ago, at that time I scheduled an appointment to have the work done. When I arrive at the appointed day I was told they didn't have the part and I'd be notified when they do. Fast forward three months later (this week to be exact), I received notification and scheduled the work for the recall. When I showed up, once again they said they didn't have the part. I was fuming. Why couldn't they tell me before I took the time and showed up at the dealership? I suppose using your thinking cap was not part of the job description! I've bought Fords in the past, but will certainly not purchase my next Ford at this dealership.
