I don't write reviews and I don't like doing this, however I needed to write this review to worn other customers who would consider going to Queen Ford service center. Stay away this place is a fraud the service associate there must work on commission. I took my vehicle there to have a key fob programmed which I purchased from there parts department. I called and was told it would be $180 to program the fob. I made the appointment and took my vehicle there. My service advisor was Varsha. I was there for 3 1/2 hours just to have a key fob programmed, I was the second person online. After asking Varsha why such a long wait, she took me out to the service tech who straight up lied to my face and said he's having an issue programming the key because he found coffee stains in your cup holder. Yes, that is correct that's what he said. Then I noticed the service tech and the service advisor winking at each other. So immediately seeing that I did not trust there BS story. Varsha then walked me to her desk and said we need to replace the entire module because it won't program otherwise. The cost for that would be $680 parts plus an additional $180 for labor. I told her but I already paid $180 for programming she told since we couldn't program the key fob the $180.00, I already paid was to diagnose the problem, because I didn't trust her story, I told her I couldn't do it. Then she got upset with me and said, but then you will only have one key fob. I don't recommend that. To make a long story short I left there and went to a key fob programming place in my neighborhood. I asked the guy how much he charges to program me key fob to my vehicle he said $75.00 so I gave him the key fob and as he tried to program it, he told me I had a dead battery on the key fob I purchased, so he replaced the battery at no extra charge. He programmed the key fob right away and I was on my way. I was so upset with Queens Ford service center because if I would have agreed to the BS repair it would of cost me $680 parts + $180 diagnosis + $180 programming which would equal to $ 1040.00, and I was able to do it for $75.00. I immediately called Queens Ford Service center service and spoke with Varsha she didn't know how to respond and didn't know what to say so she transferred me to the service Manger Anthony. I have to say he was ok. He told me to come back to the service department and that they would refund my $180.00 diagnosis charge after I told him what the issue was. Beware with this service department. Find another service department to service your Ford vehicle. Not a good way of doing business, scamming customers into believing there's a major issue when in reality it was just a simple battery SHAME ON THEM. I would never even consider buying a screw from them. I'm sure a lot of customers fell into this scam and probably paid thousands for nothing. Beware!!!!

I left my car for a week and then in the end they couldn’t “find” any parts and then broke my door so now window doesn’t go up and down and when I told them the window worked before I left it they said they can try to fix it for me but it would cost another 173 for diagnosis and then the repair costService: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible experience.Brought the car in yesterday cuz of a front sensor failure. Debby, is one of the worst employee that any company could have. Keeps giving me attitude upon check in and treated me like I’m here to bother her. I feel extremely disrespected cuz she keeps chatting with her coworker while I was standing right in front of her.Can’t believe this is how Lincoln of queens handles their customer who just spent over 100k on a brand new Navigator. Anyway, they took the car in without giving me any information like how long it’s gonna take or what needs to be done. The only info I got from Debby is that they will charge me $170 if the job is not covered under the warranty. Been calling the service department all day just to get a follow up but no answer. Somebody needs to do something here if they want repeat business cuz I’m not returning here for service.

Unfortunately had to get towed here, luckily it was here. The service was super quick and easy. I was in and out with two new tires in 2.5 hours. Juan toro helped me out and made it super smooth and efficient. The pricing was competitive as well.

Big Thanks to Varsha that helped me out with problems on my vehicle. I been waiting for parts around 2 months, Finally that delivered today, Varsha told me right the way, and got it done same day before they closed. I really appreciated that. ? another thanks to Juan, he is a nice and helpful guy.

A mobile service was done for a needed recall on a 2019 MKC. It was performed by a tech who came out to where the vehicle was. It was so smooth & seamless which made it so much easier for me not having to bring the vehicle in. I’m glad they provide the mobile service which wasn’t time consuming. The tech was thorough & pleasant.

WARNING!!!This place is a total disaster. Took my truck in 2019 ford expedition limited for maintenance with only 36000 miles. Brand new truck. They took pictures before leaving the vehicle I also took pictures before leaving my car. When it was time to pick up my car. They scratched my doors all over. Apparently it was the second vehicle that day done the same thing. They offer to fix it. Put in a loaner, to find out a week later they drop off my truck. A total mess!!! More scratches was done. Horrible paint job. The door was full with bubbles, different color and texture of paint. Another deep scratch done in the driver door. DISASTER!! Not only am I left with out my car but also the value of my car just went down $10,000. Due to their corrupt and horrible service!! PLEASE BE careful!!

I shouldn't need to tell anyone here how important it is to find the right dealership to work with or take your business to.This just becomes increasingly more important as you enter the larger cities of the country like NYC, which unfortunately carries some of the worst dealer networks in the nation (sad but true). I won't name names here but some of the very worst seem to reside right here in Queens NY for some reason. Really Like The Pits.Hint: Rhymes with Kopel ;-)With that said Ford of Queens located in Jamaica Queens NY is actually the complete exception to this general rule.I'm not sure who's managing this group or how they got to where they are now, in terms of professionalism in service. detail or the manner in which they're able to do business, all I can say is these guys are who you want to deal with when seeking purchase, service or repair for your Ford vehicle in New York.Anthony, Rodney and the guys and girls in service in particular are 100% the Real Deal and are an actual pleasure to deal with in comparison.Go elsewhere at your own peril but don't say you weren't warned or informed.

If I had 0 rating I give to this location. Nobody take care. ridiculous location I had 9.30am appointment but still waiting waiting waiting waiting. I recommend Only Lincoln customer plz if you guys going to Empire ford Lincoln at Huntington it’s nice staff & they very quickly take care of customers always . So I recommend to Lincoln customer go at Huntington & see feel relax .

My 1st service at this location , supposed to be an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and check for any recalls on my 2022 bronco, I do love the car . But from from a service stand point this location was terrible from the get go. I pulled in for my 10am appointment that originally I was going to wait approximately 2 hours supposedly. I sat in my car for 20 mins before they even approached me , then they finally come to the car ask what I'm here for . They tell me to go inside and check in with people in the office, no one new what they were doing there was like 20 people in the office, turns out they are working with a new software system, so it was a bit hectic . The worst thing is not anyone communicated with me from the the get go about the delays they were having which should have been addressed immediately when I pulled in . Now I'm sitting in office waiting for anyone to help me all I wanted to do was leave at this point. It's finally 10:45 I had to go the employee took my name and info then I left my car there . This is Friday morning , never received a call from anyone all day to communicate anything on the status of my car. For all I know they are closed tomorrow, my car is still there . I know I will never go back to this Ford service location . They practice the absolute worst customer service! I own three cars , this has been the worst experience in years . They really need to get it together in this place.
