Highly upset!!!!
I've been coming to this nail shop for about three months . Recently two different so-called nail techs managed to break two of my natural nails within a months time. The first time I was compensated by Angel and she fixed the nail damage by adding a extension tip . This is the second time this month and now I feel hustled.
I'm going to try and speak with a manger today and get it fixed . But I don't think I will be returning. Sad because I actually liked the service.
Don't ask for Gigi or Angela.... Hustlers!!!

Behavior was extremely bad. Not recommended at all. Acrylic was not even, shaping was very bad.

So my friend brought me to this place cause its close by our homes , we get our nails done here very often - however the last two times we went there , they legit rushed us as we went around 6pm since we work from 9am to 9pm every single day of the week including weekends we had to take the time off from work to go there to get our nails done so 6pm was the earliest and only time off we could have made it. Upon arrival they ask you what you would like and they have only 2 nail techs who are actually somewhat good at doing powdered extensions manicures and they all had attitudes I guess because of the time and they had two people doing my nails at a time and both of whom were rushing and hurting my fingers and then they didn't give me what I wanted my nails were not shaped how I asked for it to be shaped and it was extremely thick and the head of the women there is going to tell me to tip them good cause they are good - I did tip them $15 each but for what ?! The next time I went there which was 03/01/2024 they did the same thing rushed me and ruined my nails I didn't even get to choose exactly what I wanted and honestly when it was done I hated it so bad but they kept saying oh it looks so nice oh it's pretty and I know it wasn't and paid over $100 for it, i wish I took a picture it was so embarrassing the nails weren't shaped at all the weren't filed evenly they were so uneven and it was very thick and that's not what i wanted but I still paid. Terrible service these days , they use to be good I don't know what happened - anyway I went on vacation a few days later 03/04/2024 and asoon as I got to my destination I went and got my nails done - if anyone ever visits Guyana I highly recommend getting your nails done @ "Nalline's Beauty Salon" located @Vreed en hoop on the West Bank - I'm going to attach a picture of my nails that i got done in Guyana just to show these people how nails are suppose to be done neat and even ! Hope my review saves someone the disappointment of spending their money on nails they don't like.

Honestly the worst salon I've been to!!!! I don't know if it was a bad day or what. They didn't sanitize nor cleaned the cuticle cutters after pedicures, literally ran it under water and stuck it back in the tray. The lady that did my nails didn't know what she was doing I'm shamed to even post the picture. I went to wash my hands and there was green stuff all over the sink! Please go anywhere but there!!!!!

I had a horrible experience at the salon. I'm an AA. I went to get a mani/pedi. They had me waiting in a spa chair for 15 minutes, no one came to do my nails. I had to asked them how long were they going to have me sitting here, then someone rushed over and did my pedi. It was lackluster to say the least. Then when they finished with my pedi the person who did it went to another customer and I was once again left to sit and wait for my manicure. Not sure why the same person who did my pedi couldn't do my mani. I waited another 10 minutes before someone else came and did my mani and she didn't do a good job. They claimed they only accept cash, so I took cash out of the atm they had there to pay them. (I gave two tips because they purposely had one person who did my pedi and another person doing my mani) There was a Caucasian woman there getting her nails done and they treated her like a Queen. She was maskless and they didn't offer her a mask like they did an AA woman. I find them to be very racist and anti-black. I'll never spend my money there again. The majority of their customers are AA but they treat us like crap.

Cindy especially, is a very good and caring person.She is meticulous and very good with doing pedicure and manicure. I am a client of the salon for the past 4 years, and very pleased with it, and their protection against the virus.

The only reason I went here is because my nail lady wasn't working that day and I needed to get my nails done for an event, when you go in no one is there to tend to you. I waited and had to hail someone that was walking over to tell them why I was there and then I was told to sit and wait, totally fine, I didn't have an appointment. A nice woman with curly hair did my nails, it came out pretty well but towards the end she was rushing to get it done because other customers came in and she literally filed my cuticles away like wtf...I decide that I wouldn't tip her well since I was already getting overcharged for dip powder The price was $40 with no extensions, my nails were already long. When I gave her a $4 as a tip, she looked at me and said she wanted a $5, I was dumbfounded because tips are supposed to be a gesture not necessary. I'm never going here again, they also only speak in Cantonese during the whole session as they look at specific customers. I didn't feel very comfortable because it felt like they were gossiping about customers.

They're always so nice and professional at this salon. The wait is never that long, and they always do an amazing job.
