Poor customer service.Maximum employees don't know how to talk with customers. Some people are very rude.We are spending a lot of money there, need respect and politeness.smile doesn't cost any money.They don't know how smile.
I went there a lot of time because it is close to my home. I feel I went here for free stuff.

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. I just came in to pick up a few things I bought online. Nusa, the lady that helped was so rude. I understand holidays are crazy, but I also work in customer service and it was just insanity.

I placed an order online and this Home Depot refused to make the delivery because they claimed I picked the wrong delivery truck, as if I was the one in their warehouse directing their drivers. Simply baffling.

Don’t get your key copies here, self service doesn’t work, they tell you to go to the kiosk but then no one know how to do it. Waited 20 min for “someone to come”

You cannot go shopping here since there is a price on the merchandise and at the checkout they charge you another more expensive price, which happened to several people in what I had there and to me too.

This is the worst home depot, they never answer you questions and they want to insult you, they should change staff to customer service staff, it's a pain to ask for help so they can sell you cable.

Regarding the wide variety of tools, accessories and availability, they are very complete.
But... some of their advisors or customer support staff are not prepared to provide care in a kind and complete manner, which discourages and alienates.

I tried to deliver to this location and I could not get anyone on the phone. I called several times.
I drove down into that cesspool trying to get to this store twice.
The least these people can do is answer the phone.
