Tax reps dont care...they are only bout money...once they incorrectly do your taxes you can bet you will not hear from your rep again...they make broken promises to make a client at ease...and most of the reps in the South of Queens hillside supthin merrick are VERY RUDE!

It's convenient and my tax returns are always done in a timely manner. I am pleased with my tax consultant Mrs. Richardson. She's professional and courtesy as she explains my taxes step by step. She informs me of what I will be getting back in both Federal and State returns. Mr. Alan Smith would like to thank H&R Block for their continuous services.

Prior to the pandemic, I worked at a law firm. Despite the fact that I'm licensed to practice law in two states, I was making minimum wage. I was also verbally abused on a daily basis. I was laid off during the pandemic. I continue to work part time as a tutor at a community college. I also occasionally run errands for the same shitty firm that I previously worked at. Since I desperately needed money to pay my bills after I was laid off, I applied for unemployment. Long story short, I had my taxes done at H&R Block. Much to my pleasant surprise, the chickenhead who did my taxes told me that I owe $3,300 in taxes. Apparently, the money that I received from unemployment was taxable. I wasn't even aware of that. How the f*** does the government expect an unemployed person to pay that? The woman, who clearly was only hired because of her looks, had no sympathy whatsoever. She didn't offer any suggestions on how to fix the situation. The only thing she gave a s*** about was getting paid. I wouldn't be surprised if she made some errors when she was doing my taxes. It's nice to know that while the Buffalo Bills will have a new stadium, courtesy of NY taxpayers, I'll somehow have to pay money that I don't have. As far as that dingbat employee, what goes around comes around. One day she may be in a situation in which she feels helpless and someone who could help her is apathetic.
