I have been coming here for a bit because the prices are affordable and some of the staff seem pretty fair, but my last visit, I had a young lady work on me who was absolutely way too ROUGH with the filing and the nail drill.
She usually has children with her, so I get her maybe being frustrated, but even after I REPEATEDLY told her she was being to rough, she continued to YANK on my hand and file roughly with the file and drill.
She actually seemed to sneer each time I pointed out it being too harsh.
She was filing so roughly that she repeatedly took the nail drill / file across my cuticles / fingers and at one point I had to pull my hands away and yell to get her to STOP.
I don't know if it's intentional or she just has ZERO awareness, but the point of coming to the salon is to be able to take a break, relax, and have an enjoyable experience.
I don't usually have this experience with the other ladies.

This was my first time visiting the store. I think the second nail tech pulled off the nail art perfectly as shown in the picture however my base was a little bit off which was done by the first nail tech. The tips are not buffered properly which is why it is uneven from my real nail surface. Paid $70 for the work (excluding tips). Pricing was decent but only if the base was done perfectly, paying $70 wouldn’t bother me.

The nails turned out amazing. The acrylics started at $30 but somehow got all the way to $75, even though I had a simple design that threw me off anyway. It took around an hour and a half to finish, and at first, I was a little skeptical, but in the end, they turned out good. The ladies are nice, and the environment is pretty good. I recommend going if you have a bit of money to spend, but just be a little cautious of the price, lmao.

Very bad service. Went for pedicure and acrylic nails, my pedicure was done in 25 minutes but it took the other lady 1.5 hours just to do simple acrylic nails and that turned out horrible, and instead of saying sorry or fixing the problem they said it good and changed me $90 . Yeah they charged me $55 for this

Nice staff but the owner has been gone for so long,it changed. They need to update furniture,ventilate more,and stop overcharging for a messy job & cutting you when doing your nails.Service: Acrylic nails

Terrible!!! My gel manicure was so bad. Chipped in less than a day on three fingers. None of the staff knew what they were doing and material was cheap.
When I called back the woman on the phone admitted that they have bad products which may be the reason why. She also switched from saying gel manicures will last two weeks to there’s no guarantee it will last a couple days. Please please please do not waste your money, time and health. It is NOT clean in there!

The WORST nail salon in Jamaica Queens. I when for a pedicure and one lady asked me to wait for another worker who wa in lunch. Good... no problem. The thing is that I waited for about 30 minutes and they took two customers who arrived after me. I was sitting on a chair seeing how they were taking others over me. I just left. Honestly, I went there because is close to my house. I am not going to even look to that salon ever again ?

To have no regard for someone's personal time & LIE and make them wait for no reason without letting them make their own choice regarding their personal time is the most DISRESPECTFUL & ENRAGING thing you can do to someone! I was told by the OWNER & my nail technician FATIMA was just going to eat and would be 10 min wait. 40 min later I asked how long her break was to eat because it's been so long and I don't have time. The owner went to the back of the salon and told me she was doing someone's LASHES!!!!! He refused to refund me the $55 I paid less then 2 weeks ago when she did the worst job ever! All my nails are different shapes and sizes.. FATIMA didn't even measure my nails when she did them. FATIMA was on her phone texting the whole time doing this DISGUSTING WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! AND they were so thick and chunky ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! As if that's not bad enough they started CHIPPING and all the stones FELL OFF only 4 days after!

I went there to remove my gel nails and they took 45 minutes (as compared to 5-7 min getting them removed at other places). It was pretty upsetting considering I was planning to get in and out of there. I appreciate their effort but they are not skilled in the techniques and tools that most other nail salons are. They didn’t make sure my hands were washed/moisturized/my cuticles were oiled but just finished their service with the gel removal and buffing/filing of the nails. It’s my experience that this nail salon does the minimum but doesn’t do beyond that hence the one star review. I would suggest going to another place.Service: Synthetic nail removal

Great first time experience! Fatima did a wonderful job on my nails. Exactly what I wanted and she was very gentle and nice. Will def be back for fills!

They got wax on my polo jacket and my polo hoodie. Never coming here again also there nail prices are disgustingly overpriced.Service: Waxing
