The firm is ridiculous went there to get my tax filing done the owner Manjit was keep on stopping in the middle of process while filing my tax return and going to other employees to take care of their clients. He is telling everyone to open their phones there so he can make them write good reviews there. Even though you are not satisfied with the service provided. This makes me think the whole positive reviews are probably fake here. Shouldn't have gone there. Thats not how professionalism work.

They were an okay company, but the owner, Manjit Chadha, has an attitude. Initially, he was very nice, and I really liked him. But later in the years, he has been more and more arrogant, showing no care for his loyal customers. He is very aggressive, even if you try to lower the fees. The fees increase every year, and when you negotiate ever so slightly, he comes with an aggressive attitude and says, "You don't want to do taxes with me; I don't have to do it for you." Shows no care what so ever. I asked him why the fees are so high, and he started to yell at me and say I had been underpaying him in fees in front of all clients. (very unprofessional)Also, with all these 5-star reviews you are seeing, he makes you write good reviews as soon as it's your first ever visit. After that, he doesn't care about you.

It was a great experience doing my taxes at Jackson Hewitt. I have been recommended to this place and has been a great and wonderful experience. If you're looking for an efficient tax preparer, I promise this place is it! Manjit Chadha and Sahib took their time with me and explained all tax breaks. Thanks guys for great work!!!!

These guys are great, idk how they do it but man they are wizards. They really helped me with my tax and got me out of a situation that my other accountant put me in initially. Highly recommend them!
