I called at 8pm asking what time they close, he said 10pm. I went for a oil change and he told me I gotta buy my own. I told him I’ll be there in 20 mins. Got me sitting out here at 8:20pm and the business is closed.

Had a great experience with the Spanish works. However, they don't speak English very well. They told their boss was on the way. This black male with dreadlocks hair came and was talking to the workers giving them instructions, So I went over to ask politely if he was the boss. Simply saying "Excuse me, sir, are you the boss" his ignorance and disrespectful attitude toward me was so loud. He was so arrogant, rude and ugly. found out he was Guyanese later. If I didn't want that break fixed, I would have left instantly. Never come back here if my life depends on it. Black business owners are the worst. One bolt on my tire could come off so Tue had to cut it off. They messed up the rim of my car completely. $60 was for the break change I gave $100 the the arrogan man and he told me more. thank God that's all the cash I had. I wouldn't recommend this for anything.

Went to get a front passenger tire replaced because it had a double puncture very close to one another that pep boys said wouldn’t be safe to try and patch. So I went to look for a used one to replace it. Was sold, and had a used tire for $70 installed from LA Pitstop. First off after the replacement, the tire was filled to 55 psi, max psi for the tire is about 44 psi. Lucky I have one of those tpm that give numerical readings. So I picked up on that a few blocks away. Got home, measured with my manual tire pressure checker, confirmed, and released the air to 35 psi. Now for the real bad part. About two weeks later I noticed my vehicles tpm was getting a low reading on pressure for that same tire. Didn’t think too much about it a refilled it with my tire pump. Things looked normal for the next few days, then again it dropped noticeably. About two weeks later I got tired of the back and forth of refilling it and went to another tire shop. They found no new punctures, so they took the tire off to check inside. Sure enough, the used tire had been patched and in an area just after the side wall began. An area that should not be patched for safety reasons. Air was very slowly leaking from it. My vehicle carries my family, this could have potentially jeopardized our safety. If they think it’s safe to sell a tire like that, just because they were able to patch it, knowing it was patched in an area where it shouldn’t be, that’s not good. Needless to say I won’t be going back and if YOU do, inspect any tires they offer to put on your vehicle very carefully.

I caught a flat and was around this shop. I went in and asked for a used tire to replace my flat. These guys installed a tire and by the time I drove it home to new Hyde park the tire was flat when I went back out to the car. I went to a gas station put air into it. Then that night I caught another flat on the same tire....the next morning I went to another tire shop and they put a plug in the tire and told me to go back to the shop because they sold me a tire that was rot and the threading was messed up. I called the shops number and I told the guy the situation he told me to come in and he will take care of it. The shop is out of my way and I had to drive back from long Island city where I work. The guy who told me the day before that he owned the shop took off his glasses and told me he is from the streets and if I want to fight....mind you I tried my best to avoid going back here.... he did replace the tire and told me at the end that he likes me....please do your self a favor and avoid this place....not only did they try to sell me a rotten tire with worn threads but the owner not an employee wanted to fight me.....I would have never left a complaint if the guy didn't take off his glasses and want to fight me....avoid this place at all costs.

I recently had a fantastic experience at LA Pit Stop. The team was exceptionally quick in changing the brakes on my RAM 1500. The service overall was efficient, and I left impressed with their speed and professionalism. Moreover, the price was reasonable, making it an even more satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

These degenerates robbed me. First these fatherless creatures told me that they'll plug my tire for $15. Then said that my rim was broken and I need to buy a new one and ill get a discount if I leave the "broken" rim and buy a new one from the store. When I refused, these degenerates charged me $15 for "assessment" fee. Stay away from these subhuman highway robbers. Most of the reviewers here are paid reviewers btw.I plugged my tire from a different location for $10 and my rim is just fine. These creatures are just opportunist low lives!
