I was a loyal customer but yeah I’m never ever going back there again, i went to get my nails cut down and the man was so upset about it, I couldn't believe it. Barley said two words to him. His energy was terrible don’t ever want him touching my hands again.

Good place and reasonable price. They are tentative and asks if their job is ok. My pedicure is good. Just remind them not to scrape too hard on your feet.

The customer service here is horrible. The quality is shabby. I gave up on them many years ago, and tried them again and they by far have gotten worse.Not another dime to any establishment that does not respect the community in which they CHOSE to open a business in.Service: Acrylic nails

Trash, horrible customer service, went there to get mink lashes, however I'm not sure what they used, it's definitely not mink.When I told them, mysteriously they didn't speak English!

They suck plain and simple nail techs do a sloppy job and rush you out . I just came out and had to file my own nails that are so thick after complaining suddenly tech don't understand English . They all double there prices for simple designs,no wonder they are empty most of the times ! And the few good ones they have working there end up leaving. Rocky nail salon is way better !!! I won't ever return again ! DO YOU SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO THERE !!! I would have gave them no stars but I had no choice

I went in a chose a gel pedicure and the girl that did the job was new. I went to bed and to my suprise I had one toe polish completely gone and the other one chipped. I was told to return but since I was to do the eulogy for a service I couldn't. This is not good because the owner I'm guessing kept telling her what to do. The manicure lasted but she was finally removed and the gentleman next to her completed the job. I was charged more than the price listed. I believe in everyone learning but before you turn them loose on customers let them practice on each other. My feet look like it's 2 months old. ? Horrible.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! I went in for a gel manicure, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted to do and told her I want the same shape and design as in the picture. My own nails were long enough to be filed in an almond shape but she started filing it square and filled it down so much that I couldn’t get the almond shape anymore. The design is French tips with some snowflakes, she couldn’t even do that, she kept taking off the polish and redoing it like 5 times until someone else came to do the design. She hurried with it so it’s not neat, the shape and length of each nail isn’t equal and they charged me $57. The price is ridiculous for a gel manicure. Never going back here again.Service: Gel manicures

Stop Supporting and Spending Money Here! They don't Respect you!Had been supporting this business for years. While there were occasions of poor customer service, it seems the middle age Asain man has taken on a new role of owner or manager and has been extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. He is very comfortable berating customers, speaking down and questioning what they can afford. Worst experience ever. Went here 2wks ago for Gel Pedi. No solution to soak your feet, it cost $8. So I guess my foot soaked in plain water. The polish was shabby and the next day my feet looked rough. Girl kept asking if I wanted eyebrow or manicure done... Don't waste your money!! It was sooo Bad!!!Service: Pedicure

They were OK, I never been to a spa where they don't let you doak your feet in the water first. Normally the process takes about 45 minutes thud place removed the old polish, clip nails and then repolished within 20 minutes. Then the employees were on the floor arguing about a tip. Wow what an experience.
