It takes a lot for me to write a review, but as someone that has purchased many cars over the years, my experience working with Shawn was as good as it gets. Highly professional and accommodating, other dealerships could learn a lot about how to work with a customer from him.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE extremely sketchy. The vin number on one of the cars was coming up a completely different car and price as well. Once I told them the banks are telling me that this car isn’t with the correct vin all of a sudden the car got “sold”.don’t buy from here at all please.

The most Elegant: Powerful: Sexiest 2 door coupe BMW 850ix Red with Cognac interior. WOW! Perfect for the Wife and I: Beautiful Machine. Mine you, we’re out of state buyers. Called Shawn! Got a lot of information straight out the gate. Called a few times, each time very polite and again forthcoming with information. We made the deposit and off to NY. We were picked up from the subway and brought to Liberty Autoland- smooth wonderful journey. Awesome Price - Beautiful showroom condition the BMW was. Shawn Liberty Autoland Inc. is the buyer’s spot. I highly recommend to purchase a car here. The process was very simple and smooth. Shawn was very helpful, transparent, and accommodating. Not only did they tell me false information about my credit he changed the pricenofnthe vehicle I wanted. Then I bumped into another customer who said they wanted their money back he changed the odometer from 200,000 to 50,000

After a bit of a hardship from a past experience, I was very hesitant about going to a dealer in Queens, again. I was searching for a specific type of Honda and saw one was available with Liberty Autoland. I got dressed and headed to the dealership, & met Shawn immediately. The staff are very professional. Shawn went above & beyond to help me settle a previous loan & got me approved to finance, again! Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thankfully through the help of him and Jesus I was able to find what I was looking for but the best thing would be how Sean was able to walk me through everything I needed to know, asking all the right questions and answering all of mine. It takes away alot of the pressure that naturally comes with searching a new car. They're very personable & easy going so these men will help you through every step but as a first time buyer you can learn alot from them too. Thanks for the help I needed
