PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE I BEG YOU!!!! I put a $300 down payment for a part for my truck and they never located the part. It's been a few days and still nothing. They refuse to give me my down payment back. The owner keeps giving me the runaround. He said the girl who writes the check is not there or come back tomorrow. A whole lot of BS they tell you. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I can't believe they've been robbing people like this for so long and no one is looking into it. It's the holiday season and they basically robbed my kids a meal and presents.

SCAM! AVOID! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! THIS IS A WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS PLACE. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY I WARNED YOU! I Came in person with an actual bumper of my Mercedes bumper to see if it was in stock. The white Italian guy assured me he had the bumper and to leave a deposit which I did. Assured me the bumper would be there in a few days so when the day came he gave me a time so when I came to pickup the bumper it was not there yet. Waited a few hours and still nothing so no big deal and assured it would arrive the next day. So when the bumper finally arrive it was the wrong bumper ok no big deal so I ask for my money back and he had the nerve to tell me the bumper is the right one even though it's clearly different in the pictures. Why would I bring the bumper back if I need it. So I called the cops because he would not give me my money back for a mistake he made. So when the cops arrived he lied and said I had put a scratch on the bumper? Wow so now I'll have to take these guys to small claims court just to get my money back. You are better off getting parts for your car from EBAY at least you get a refund back for a mistake the seller does. I REPEAT THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM DO NOT GO HERE! TO BAD I CANT GIVE NO STARS REVIEW UNFORTUNATELY. YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE

This place full with lies they try to trap up to get money for order and promise you nicely the time and date but after that they give you time again and again not your order while I'm standing there for 3 hours they return 6 to 7 customers with excuses because they didn't give the you part you ordered and they don't return your money back they write on purchase recipt that they have this policy only give you credit only for 7 days after it expire. Only grab money not care about orders. So becarefully order if you don't have any other option left.

They kept my money after ordering the wrong part for.my vehicle. They then played this stupid game about who was the owner. You guys are so dishonest. 2nd part was defective. Guys do not zelle or give these people no money. It's ridiculous

Terrible, I waited like 2 years for a part while Eli an Richie played phone tag in the back office thinking s*** is a game. If It wasent for my peoples holding me back, I probably would've smacked the dog s*** out of both of them/beat the 2bands out of them for my part that I've been waiting for. Very unprofessional, and are a bunch of liers. They say they will call you back every time an Never call back. The moment you call back Eli (lie) hince the fools name will put you on hold while he has his foot up Richie a** an then you can hear them giggling an talking about a bunch of nonsense in the background as if they are busy. They sound like a bunch of old a** raspy itilian guys that think they know what they are doing but will sit there an waste your time/ try to take your money. They also don't even have the money to refund you. Do not purchase with them because there fatasses are probably buying food instead of the parts that they "promise" to send to you. I will never in my life shop with them again an y'all can all go to hell for wasting my time/money.

Liberty auto parts customer service sucks. They gave my boyfriend the run arounds for a part they said they had in stock. He goes to pick the part up, they don't have it, it has to be ordered and will be ready for pick up tomorrow morning. The next day come "oh we don't have the part give us until Monday morning bright and early." Monday comes "oh give me until 6:30pm to go get it from Brooklyn." Tuesday comes and my boyfriend has to drive to Brooklyn himself to get the part from another junkyard that Liberty auto parts was supposed to do since Friday. & the part was paid in full in cash on Friday when the order was paid. Moral of the story is the communication sucks, they give you the run arounds for a part they know they don't have. I would never recommend this auto parts shop to anyone. & they have a reputation of the cops being called to them for not giving people their money back for a service they didn't receive.

this Place should be closed. The customer service is the worst I have seen in my life. I paid full price cash for an engine which Eli told me would be delivered the next day (Wednesday). When I called the next day Eli told me that his driver was off and promised me 100% that the engine will be delivered on Thursday. Then on Thursday he told me that Friday first thing it will be delivered. Meanwhile I paid the total price cash for the engine on Tuesday And told Eli before I pay that I need the engine at my house by Friday because it will be installed by my mechanic on Saturday. When spoke to Eli on Friday, he promised again that the engine will be delivered on Saturday. So today is Saturday, I called to inquire about an ETA, Eli first told me 1 to 2 PM. Now after 1 pm when called, he said his driver is leaving in 20 minutes. At 3 pm called again he told me that he is delivering it on Monday. So I asked for my money back because I feel like he is jerking me around. He told me that he will deliver the engine in my driveway on Monday he does not care and hang up. This is how Linerty does business .

Do not shop here!! If you need a car part, pay a little more for a brand new one or take your business elsewhere. I originally went in and paid for a mazda 6 alternator that was supposed to be ready for pickup the day after. After a week and a half, and having to get my mother involved, i finally received the alternator. The worst part of the experience wasn't the terrible customer service or the employee who told me i could go pick up the part myself from another borough(mind you my car wasn't working and i was taking ubers). The worst part wasn't the money i wasted on Uber's going back and forth to the store and home. And the worst part wasn't even me calling the store and them telling me to come in on multiple occasions, just for the part not to be there when i arrived any of those times. The worst part is after everything this business has put me through, When i finally received the part, it was a dead alternator that did not work. And since it's a used part, i cannot be refunded or compensated in any way. It's always easier to buy a part from a big corporation or a well known competitor, but i honestly wanted to support a small owned business. And in so many ways i was disappointed with my entire experience from this store. If the part was being delivered and due to Covid or other circumstances there was a delay, i would completely understand. But it was made knowledgeable to me that the only reason i didn't get my part on time was because it wasn't picked up when it was supposed to. If anyone from management reads this, please retrain your employees. Gain a sense of organization that will prevent a situation like this from happening with any future customer. And if anyone is thinking of shopping here, avoid the headache and go elsewhere. The people in these reviews are not lying and it's sad i had to go through what they went through just to see that for myself

Had a great experience with these guys. Eli helped me out. Had to replace a fuel tank for a 99 Audi. Got the part in two days. Would definitely recommend them. Got me a hard to find part and cheaper than I found in jersey. Not sure why all the negative reviews, it was a easy transaction with me.

Worst business ever, I've been waiting for a part for more than a month. They will take your money and tell you, they ordered the part it'll be here in 3 days, then keep telling u that it'll be here next week, next week, few days later. Nothing, no part, no refund, nothing back they are just thieves. Please never give cash, don't trust them.

This is the worse store I've ever seen and heard of. I hope they run out of business. I ordered the part from them and they promised left and right it will be ready by tomorrow to ship to the mechanic shop. Once purchased I called the next day and they told me to call in 2 days because they won't have it ready now. I call 2 days later and they said to call a few more days. They play the game too much and most likely don't have the part for me. I will never waste time with these people again.

This is not a business. They will rip you off! Whatever you do, do NOT leave a deposit for ANY reason. Even if they don't get you the part you need, you will not be able to get back your money. They try to intimidate you into accepting store credit.
