Some of the staff at that location on liberty is very rude, the storage room that i got was terrible. They charge for everything and has the nerve to ask me what I need. I moved all my stuff and will never use storages there again.

Update: Staff called me and was helpful with offering me a new unit and getting my belongings moved. I was also advised that they do have an exterminator that comes regularly. Was pleased with customer service! Thanks Roman!
