If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD ! I Came in around 2:30 on Friday 7/19 I came in for 2 pedicures for myself and my daughter
Mind you HE CUT ME USING ONE OF THE TOOLS AND GOT MAD BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO STOP TOUCHING ME !
I asked the guy not to clip just file he ended up filing allll my nail off soaked them and got mad because I said he hurt me when he decided to go down to my skin !!!!!! He was so rude when I asked the workers for a new person and explained what he did nobody verbally responded !!!!!! They all looked around at me looking stupid and confused ! The guy ends up walking out I sat there and they still said zero words to me I walked out and I will never return ! This place is disgraceful
I won’t be able to do my feet until my nails grow back properly

Don't let the man do your nails. He doesn't file your nails down properly I still have cracks on my toes. If you look closely you will see that there are crack lines under the nail polish.

If you don’t have anywhere else to go this may be the place for you. Furnishings and flooring are beyond worn out. The nail techs aren’t skilled with any nail artistry very basic. They talk the most around tip time otherwise you’re invisible. Compared to other nail salons this one is on the run down and dirty side. They will absolutely try to use the same stick on everyone for waxing UNLESS you ask for a new stick. Sometimes the pedicure basin is VERY LIGHTLY sprayed with some watered down solution before pedicures it smells like Dettol or Pine Sol. I really do think for the amount of money that they charge per customer they definitely can invest in upgrading the salon because it should not be all about making a grab for high fees and demanding more tip money.

The in store experience was OK but I gel polish my nails and in 3days they were already coming off. This is very poor service for me.

I’ve only gotten my nails done her once, and they were alright, no better than average. However, I usually go here for the eyebrow waxing. Linda does an amazing job every time. 10/10. There is also a newer worker with brown-black hair who did a nice job. Today I had my brows done by a slim lady with black hair and I was very disappointed. I showed her a reference picture and she said she couldn’t do it, though it was a pretty basic medium-thickness arch style. I should have left then and there are waited for another specialist, but I still had hope. The procedure itself was typical, a little painful but it’s waxing so I can’t expect any less. However, when I looked in the mirror, I was very upset. They were thin and curved and did not match my facial shape whatsoever. Beforehand the woman asked me if I wanted them thin, I said no. As I stated before, I was very disappointed and upset from the job done today. I will never let her touch my eyebrows ever again, and recommend the same for you. If you plan to get an eyebrow wax from this salon, ask for Linda (or the other brownish haired lady whose name I unfortunately could not learn yet.)Service: Waxing
