Good quality products are available. I like their clothing and home items. Also, you can find gift items at reasonable prices.

Some clothes over there are not so good. But everything else has a brand and most of the time it’s always in stock! Cheap items too! Line is fast even if its long. Definitely worth it to come but just don’t get too angry from customer service too.

I had a negative experience with the cashiers during a return. They made me feel uncomfortable with excessive whispering and repeatedly verifying my receipt and personal information. This experience has left me reluctant to shop here again.

Things don't have prices nor sku numbers
Lots of homeless trying on shoes
People sit on furniture
Security people are so....arrogant and don't say much to the homeless trying on the shoes...🤮

they have a decent selection of clothes and items I love Marshall’s they always got the good at a discounted price <3 however this location is just always busy. Always a very long long line no matter the day so keep that in mind if you are in a rush or don’t have the time

Can find really good products here as any Marshalls or TJ Maxx group, but this particular location is very very bad when it comes to waiting in line literally there’s no one at the registers very frustrating so you’ll be waiting for the longest to get checked out. Also, the Dhaka Bengali ladies are so MF rude at the registers SMH. Nasty attitude

This Marshall’s is OK. Hit or miss . Staff aren’t helpful at all. Attitude on full blast ! The people at the register are nice but the ones working the floor sucks! Also the store isn’t very organized, only the woman’s section is. I don’t prefer this location .

Very bad customer service. The ladies who acting like a manager always makes problem for taking return or exchage! very bad attitude all the time.
Even I noted she don’t care for a pregnant woman in the line that come with excuse to accept her sooner that she wasn’t able to stand in queue.
Marshall please teach your employees ethics and good behavior to be nice with customers.

Many times, I experienced inattentive cashiers busier talking to coworkers than serving customers. The guy in the shoes department even worse- got angry and rude when me and another lady asked some shoes related questions. Many of them seem to lack basic customer service manners. I try to avoid visiting this particular store.
