I don't recommend this store...it has terrible service...well the only one who works and serves well is a guy who I believe is of Colombian origin...the rest are a bunch of arrogant people who are sad with that attitude. They should take customer service classes. I don't know how they choose staff like that to serve customers... That red-haired brunette lady had the wrong job... if I were the owner of the store I would fire her right now. With her in charge, what she loses is clients.

Why is the store even here? They were so unhelpful. I came in to change my phone as it was broken and the online system on my computer said they had this phone in stock. When I get there, they not only don't have it but claim that their online system can't even look up which stores do have the phone and can't help me at all. The associate just shrugged their shoulders even though I am a current MetroPCS customer and there definitely could have done something for me. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with MetroPCS so far and the laziness is too much. How do you have a store that is connected to the internet and can't actually use it to help customers?

The customer service is terrible and very rude, the manager is very despotic, the other lady with the cloak in her hair ignores you and always with a mocking smile, they should give them some customer service course ??

Horrible I went to buy my mother a phone the supervisor says she doesn’t speak Spanish but I over hear talking to a co worker so I tell her about her self we went at it for a good 3 mins this girl told my mother she has her whole account she can do whatever with it smh her name starts with a C & she’s supervisor please don’t ever go there

I left a similar review on Yelp also. Long story short, the worse metro cooperate office. The systems were down when I got there so I couldn't be assisted (more than understandable). I tried to ask a very simple question pertaining to my huge issue. All the workers looked at me as if I were crazy lol. I would never advise to do business here. If your looking for a metro cooperate office with great customer service visit the one on 116th and Lexington. YOUR WELCOME

Ill make a long story short because this business does not deserve a long review. I went in today to get my new phone activated and the manager who was a heavy set Spanish guy dealt with me in the most horrible manner. He was loud, rude and just nonchalant about my questions. Their systems were down no problem, in life it's not what you say it's how you say it. Also let's be clear the store was empty prior to the systems going down a friend advised me to go right away as she just left and NO ONE was there . His customer service skills were below par, and I would never advise anyone to do business at this corporate metro PCS office. Follow my advice and go to the corporate office on 116th and Lexington that's where I went today and got the most superb help, and the people on Lexington avenue are just genuinely kind. That's it and that's all of my ranting lol

Service on December 19 to replace a drain pump. $360. Service on January 31 to replace the replacement drain pump because "sometimes these things just break. Nothing we can do about it" $250. And it was only dropped to $250 because I complained. There's no way the pump should have died after 6 weeks. Even if I did laundry 24/7 - it's unacceptable. Only 30 days warranty on parts or labor. A quick amazon scan of the box showed it was a $24 part with a manufacturers warranty if 180 days. So, why only 30 days. Beyond unacceptable. Stay away.

I always go to that location because service is always fast and efficient. The workers are informative and courteous. Not bad at all.

My phone got stolen last night and I paid my phone bill last night. I went in to ask to track my phone. The lady in the short red hair told me no. I asked if I am eligible for a free phone. She said no. She didn't bother looking into the data base. They were uncaring and lazy. They were more interested in making me buy a new phone than anything else. Because of that I will be leaving MetroPCS as a long committed loyal customer.

They are unprofessional. They show no type of care wether your phone got stolen or lost. I will be leaving MetroPCS because they only wanted me to buy a new phone and refused to give me an upgrade when I am eligible for a free phone.

On Thurs Oct 27th YourRepresentative named Escoban gave my brother & I excellence service. He works out of the Metro PCS/T-Mobile Store located on Jamaica Ave & 162nd St.He went over & above to make sure my brother had a good phone (Samsung A13 5G) that was affordable & some what easier for my brother to adjust to.My brother & I were very pleased. We will gladly recommend Escoban @ MetroPCS on 162nd St & Jamaica Ave.

Felix was AMAZING!! He took his time helping me out with my daughter's phone with no rush at all. I was there for an hour and he didn't give up until he was finally able to solve my issue. AMAZING customer service. Wish I could get this service wherever I went.
