This woman Jasmine seemed so nice in the beginning with my parents who are mature adults and don’t know too much about cell phones and phone plans, she took advantage of them by selling the phones that they didn’t have knowledge of how to use. Then when my mother tried to bring back the phone the next day cause she didn’t know how to use it she told her that the phone was a final sale, she made it impossible for her to return the phone for a IPhone. Even after my mother told her that she would pay the difference she told her no. That she had to keep the phone and lose the money she paid. And then on the receipt there is not the Samsung that she purchased but a speaker( I guess she put that she sold a speaker to get a higher commission) my mother returned on Saturday to speak to the manager and was intersected by another employee who insisted on having my mother tell him what was the problem after she told him everything he also told her that after one hour of having had the phone, it was no longer available to be returned, which is false because I had my mother call customer service who told my mother that she has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone if she doesn’t like it it’s been an ordeal for my mother to get this phone returned or get her money back and no one seems to be able to get in touch with the manager. This is the worst experience ever for my mother I hate that Jasmine has taken advantage of both my parents. I understand things are tough but to mislead and take advantage of senior citizens is plain horrible. I plan on taking this matter to Metro’ s corporate office if this matter isn’t resolved. Those two employees should be fired right on the spot. I don’t understand what Jasmine continues to work there if other customers have complained about her already.

Ill make a long story short because this business does not deserve a long review. I went in today to get my new phone activated and the manager who was a heavy set Spanish guy dealt with me in the most horrible manner. He was loud, rude and just nonchalant about my questions. Their systems were down no problem, in life it's not what you say it's how you say it. Also let's be clear the store was empty prior to the systems going down a friend advised me to go right away as she just left and NO ONE was there . His customer service skills were below par, and I would never advise anyone to do business at this corporate metro PCS office. Follow my advice and go to the corporate office on 116th and Lexington that's where I went today and got the most superb help, and the people on Lexington avenue are just genuinely kind. That's it and that's all of my ranting lol

Service on December 19 to replace a drain pump. $360. Service on January 31 to replace the replacement drain pump because "sometimes these things just break. Nothing we can do about it" $250. And it was only dropped to $250 because I complained. There's no way the pump should have died after 6 weeks. Even if I did laundry 24/7 - it's unacceptable. Only 30 days warranty on parts or labor. A quick amazon scan of the box showed it was a $24 part with a manufacturers warranty if 180 days. So, why only 30 days. Beyond unacceptable. Stay away.

Been a customer for over 20 years. Andrew the owner is terrific. I've lived in Little Neck for about that time and when he moved his location to Jamaica Ave . Started frequenting another store because it was closer. Went back when the more convenient store tried to sell me items I didn't need and were not that knowledgeable about problems that would occasionally arise .Andrew is great as are his staff.

Hours aren’t consistent. Guy picked up the phone was a j**** Hours listed say “close at 7pm” not 6pm! Reporting this to METROPCS hirer up.

Excellent customer services..I posted that a year ago and needed to update. So I was having the craziest problem with my phone. No one knew what was wrong with it. I was so upset and honestly drained. I went to the store and I kid you not they spent 2 hrs trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Finally after the 3rd customer service person we finally fixed it. I am so grateful. They were so patient and didn't just give up. Turns out my line was messed up and the company needed to reboot my phone and the local tower..what the hell!! Thank you so much Julio. I will never go to another store again!

Their sales representative, Jerffrey, is the best. He provided a great customer service after a problem I had with a cellphone I bought at this shop.I purchased an iPhone 7 plus at a cheap price and after a few days the phone stopped working all of a sudden. The owner of the store, Sam, would refuse to refund the money and suggested it was my fault.However, after a few days of discussion, we came to an agreement and he gave me an iPhone 6plus with a few accesories in exchange. He was up to the situation in the end. I think he understood the importance of customer service. It’s funny because I was recommending this place to everyone I know.Conclusion, they have good items and prices, but be careful when purchasing a phone by making sure the guarantee will work. However, I wish them the best. It is hands down the best Metro Pcs in the area.
