I love Star Care pharmacy . They aren't too big like the bugle chain stores and it shows in the the care that you get when you shop there. I switched from l Walgreens a few years ago and I love the one on one service that I receive. It is nice knowing who the pharmacists are on a personal level as well. They are very kind and helpful at Star Care and I'm glad that I made the leap!

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used with their customer service being the best to this place was recommended by my nurse at dyalisis I have never had a problem with them also once my brother went to pick up my medication and it was ready as soon as he got there he was also impressed with the efficiency

Best service of any pharmacy I have ever used. No additional charge for home delivery. People answering phones are always nice. I never feel rushed as I have at other pharmacy's. Plus they always find the best price for meds often researching manufacturers websites for special coupons. They text an image when the delivery is made. I hate waiting at CVS, it's always crowded and my Rx is never ready on time there.

They filed a case of harassment against my mother today when she was asking about a prescription medication they had out of stock and whether they would be able to supply it. The female employee who was handling my mother would just go back in fourth not coming to a solution of how to remedy the situation, just as a broken record kept on saying we did not receive the prescription and that my mom will have to pay to receive the medicine specified. After that call, my mom proceeded to speak to her doctor to confirm the prescription was sent in the batch of other prescriptions sent, the doctor confirmed that it was done. So, I decided to call them and confirm with them one more time. She said I received the batch of prescriptions you are talking about, but not that specified medication. So I asked, what can we do then to remedy the situation? She once again proceeded to say to pay, but then caught herself and said you can have the doctor resend the prescription because they can do that. I told her to thank you and that I would do it right away.I will be making sure their rating takes a nosedive as they are creating problems that do not exist and their customer service is like talking to a wall. As a side note, please learn what the definition of harassment means seeing as how false accusations of such a thing ever occurring exist.

Came in at 10:47am. After standing at window forever with no one present, at 11:02am a lady comes out and says check into the express check in. Great. Standing behind people who are tech illiterate which is not their fault but the lady is in the middle of her registration; they call her offline and guess what? She needs to start all over. Finally get "completed check in" by 11:13am. They are calling people who came in after, before me. I go to the window at 11:37am and I'm like I've been waiting and you're calling other people first plus I really have to use the restroom. She asks what's my name - I give it. What's this for? Drug test. You aren't signed in. Well I received the completed check in.... "do it again and put your ID face down." I did that already but ok. Re- register and now sitting waiting while ALLLL these people who came after me are getting called. What could have been an 8 minute process has cost me well over an hour! Ridiculous. If you want to be tech savvy and modern, make sure your devices work and that you're available to assist elderly people who aren't.

Not sure why I was treated the way I was. Frustrating and disappointed . Back to CVS I go!
