From the moment I contacted Terry Gangaram- Drexel MortgageI was impressed with their customer service. The representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed. They provided clear explanations and made sure I understood every step of the process
The application process was relatively straightforward. I appreciated the convenience of being able to complete most of the paperwork online. The documentation required was standard, and the company provided a checklist which made it easy to ensure I had everything in order. However, there were a couple of instances where I felt the process could have moved a bit faster, especially during the underwriting stageTerry Gangaram - Drexel Mortgage offered competitive rates compared to other lenders I considered. While their fees were in line with industry standards, I did notice a few additional charges that I hadn't initially anticipated. That said, these were clearly outlined once I reviewed the detailed breakdown, so there were no hidden surprises.

“Another one of my favorite Chase banks. I would love to give them 5 stars if they had more staff available. I had to come twice to speak to someone for a pre-approved credit card. The place is clean and they even have a place to wash your hands. I'm especially grateful that they have a security guard posted at night so I can withdraw money from the ATM machines safely. I am grateful for the options that an employee by the name of Russel gave me on my pre approved credit card. He gave me options to choose the best credit card that will be better for me. The process took only 6 minutes.”
