I ordered 2 rings 5/20/21 and never recieved them their website been down for a week , I sent a emails no response I file claim with PayPal .

I placed an order on October 26th for a jewelry name set for my daughters birthday which was received already discolored. Prior to this, when i placed my order i texted the number on the website to inform them of the name i wanted on the set since their was no location where this could be added. The individual was very responsive and immediately took the information. When I receive my order on November 6th and see the issue I immediately texted the number back with pictures showing the issues ... crickets. Now i then have to I search for the number for the owner Nik Fine. After speaking with him, he assured me that if i mailed it in right away and he received it by Tuesday November 10th i would have it back by Thursday November 12th. I ran to the UPS and paid 25 dollars to have it shipped as soon as possible. I called and confirmed with Nik while i was at the post office that the order had been shipped. He told me since I did not include my cellphone on the note that i attached to ensure that I called on Tuesday to follow up because they needed to send pictures once it had been fixed and get my approval. On Monday November 9th the order was delivered (a day early) i called Nik, no answer, i called the previous number and finally a lady answered. She asked more questions about why I called her husband(nik) after i was talking to her as if she doesn’t recall that she did NOT respond back to my inquiries. Anyway, she stated she was not in the office and would check when she got in on Tuesday. Tuesday morning i call (doing my due diligence) Nik answers and of course he barely remembers what it is i am referring to, when he comes to he says,” I couldn’t find your package but let me check now”. Miraculously it appears in 2 minutes. Ofcourse i ask him will it be send out today he says yes he’ll get it done because it only takes ten minutes and then he’ll send it. Then he asks me “is the post office open tomorrow?”. Why would i need to know this and you are the business man making promises?? So no the post office isnt open because its a federal holiday. So one would think the courteous, professional thing to do was to insure he got the package to the post office Tuesday. Ofcourse not, he just drops it in the mailbox knowing that it would not be picked up until the Thursday, the day of my daughter’s birthday, the day HE assured me it would be delivered to me. Ofcourse when i checked the number I see that it was not shipped just a mailing label created, so at this point Thursday morning I called willing to just pay the 25 dollars to have it shipped next day so i can receive it at least the day after Friday November 13th, in which he finally says something honest which was that he dropped the package in the mailbox and “hopefully I get it in a day”. The product is subpar and the unprofessionalism is blatantly disrespectful! If you cant meet a deadline be upfront and honest. I usually dont post negative reviews but as a consumer these business owners need to be respectful of our money, especially during these times that it is US that keep them afloat. Be warned.
