The NY branch deserves a ZERO review. Our item has been sitting at Jamaica for 2 weeks, finally a delivery was scheduled but never happened. NO ONE answers their phone, and NO ONE returns the calls. The NJ office does not have even the most updated tracking info, and can not help locating the dispatch.

National 24 hours/ 7 days National Customer Service - that is a lie. Nobody answers the phones or replies to messages.

Do not use them through Amazon, customer service is very bad, take weeks until goods being delivered to the destination.
