The airport parking is horrible! Basically left us stranded at the airport in the cold. We waited an hour and 30 minutes before finally paying for a cab. They kept lying to us saying the shuttle was on the way. Awful service never again!

Upon checking in, I was kindly greeted by Fabian and Siara. I wasn’t expecting to stay in New York, but my flight got delayed. Their warm welcome and assistance to all my questions was very helpful. My room was super clean. After a mini hectic airport experience having this hotel encounter was just what I needed. Super grateful for their service! 5-star all the way! Also, ask Siara for reliable local car/transportation services - she knows a reputable driver - great pricing.

Worst hotel I’ve ever paid money to. And even worst airport shuttle service. Very unprofessional and full of lies. Stupid shuttle service had me wait for 1 hour 17 minutes to be exact in the cold when they’re just 2 minutes away and lied every time i called. Im even going to call my bank to get a refund, this is unacceptable. Never will i ever do business with these amateurs again 1/10

Beautiful room, service great but it's under construction for appearance but the minor. I was able to get accommodated I came late a whole day and they was will to help so so appreciate that long drive from Georgia to New York and hit a lot of traffic but Radisson went over and beyond to help me push my stay from that day back. That was more than I could ask for thanks to the fromt desk

I failed to connect at JFK and booked a hotel in a hurry. I'm staying overnight without meals. The price was cheaper than hotels directly connected to the airport, and the rooms were larger. The hotel seemed a little old, but we were able to spend the night safely, which was great.The bed seemed a little expensive to me as a Japanese person, but I was glad it was American-style.The shower had good water pressure and warm water.I went there late at night, so I took an Uber, and on the way back I took a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes.Please call the front desk and they will tell you the time.I am so sorry that I forgot to leave a tip in the room. .

We went to this hotel since our flight was canceled and the airline sent us there. We arrived at night and were able to redeem the dinner vouchers. Don't expect the big deal, basic food to get you out of trouble. The drinks are all ugly. In the morning, we also had breakfast with the vouchers and the breakfast was better.Regarding the hotel: it is under renovation. The hall is completely under renovation so it does not give a good impression. The rooms are quite good. Complete. The pillows and covers 10/10.Regarding the environment: apparently the hotel functions as a space where people sent by social assistance or something like that live. We even visualize people with electronic bracelets on their ankles. It doesn't give the best impressions of safety but nothing happened to us.The location is inside JFK airport so it is simple to get there. It is within the Queens neighborhood.Good reception, good service. Nothing from another world.I would NOT go as a guest.

Vlucht op JFK geannuleerd en in dit hotel een overnachting aangeboden. We vreesden horror na het lezen van de recensies maar die zijn niet correct in mijn ogen. Hotel is aan het renoveren en er verblijven vaste bewoners maar die mensen storen absoluut niet. Wie last heeft van wiet geur op de parking (blijf dan maar weg van New York city) overdrijft. Mensen smoren hun zaakje achter de hoek op. Voor de ingang is het verboden en daar houdt men zich aan. Goed voor een overnachting dicht bij de luchthaven. Niet om een familievakantie door te brengen. Personeel is enorm vriendelijk en het gerenoveerde deel is zoals men kan verwachten van een degelijk hotel.Rooms: De kamers op de 7e verdieping waren net gerenoveerd en zeer in orde.Ruim, proper, niks op aan te merken.Walkability: Niet het gebied om eens rustig in rond te gaan lopen.Food & drinks: Ontbijt was voldoende. Avondeten geen luxe maar voldoende. Fish & chips - moet er geen tekening bij maken dat die meer richting junkfood neigt.Noteworthy details: Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk. Die mensen verdienen een grote +! Wij kwamen aan om 22u30 en moesten nog wel even wachten maar kregen uiteindelijk nog warm eten. Desondanks de keuken sloot om 23u00, hebben ze zeer vriendelijk doorgewerkt tot middernacht.

The valet attendant crashed my car. This review is for JFK parking only. I parked at the Radisson long term in December and had an amazing experience. So much so that I decided to park there long term again for my trip to Punta Cana out of JFK. Just as last time, the valet attendants were kind and efficient and the shuttle service was reliable and timely. When I picked up my car yesterday, in was surprised to hear a BANG as the attendant was driving my car to me. He CRASHED IT into the construction scaffolding, scratched my entire right rear door and back panel, and popped my rear right tire. He literally shrugged his shoulders and it took him probably about an hour to apologize. I was stranded there in the cold for an hour and a half while they *attempted * to change my tire and filled out an incident report. Eventually a tow truck had to come to help change the tire. I will say that the manager immediately admitted fault and wrote up the whole incident report for me, but this situation is a nightmare. I’m now in a battle to get the money I am owed and might have to file a police report. DO NOT PARK HERE!!

Beware! This is for their airport parking only. Don’t use these guys for airport parking while traveling! We paid $197 for 7 days and was left stranded at the airport after a 10 hr flight home to retrieve our car. The app is garbage. The front desk was rude and advised that shuttles don’t run between 1-3pm during the day. REALLY?? After 50 minutes of trying to figure out what to do we had to pay an additional $22 + $4 tip to get back to our car. Use any of the other airport parking lots that are within 2/3 blocks of these guys but don’t use them. Worthless.

This hotel was the strangest hotel I've stayed in. The downstairs lobby is dated and the elevator is ancient. The staff is rude and the cleaning staff is even ruder. It's in the middle of a neighborhood and hard to get to. The room was thankfully clean but breaks of bleach. Everything is stark white like a hospital room, including the harsh lighting. Never want to stay here again.

This review is only for parking and shuttle service not hotel stay. Giving this a rating of 2 because going from the hotel to the airport was a good experience. However coming back was horrible! It took over an hour for the shuttle to come after calling and had to wait outside in the freezing cold for that long with little kids. Thank God we continued to call as we would have missed the shuttle once it did come bc had to run inside to use the bathroom with one of kids. Additionally we scanned the code to retrieve our car which did not work so after waiting 20 minutes we went out to inquire and they said they never received the request so would get the car. Honestly after already traveling for a long day and paying what we did for parking I would rather just park at the airport next time and avoid all the hassle and additional 2.5 hrs of air train and waiting around.

A lot of it's on the construction wasn't known to that when I booked it.There is no free breakfast as advertised.That I couldn't find the restaurant or a bar with all the construction going on outside patio is closed.Kind of sketchy neighborhood but close to the airport
