Since we live in the ghetto apparently where heathens cannot abide by even the most basic edict of the 10 commandments, everything is locked up. When you ask for help to get the items that are locked up you met with disrespect and attitude. I left my items and walked out. I refuse to shop like a 14th century peasant. It's funny how all the stores in predominantly ethinic areas are locked up and when I was at the American Dream mall less that 2 weeks ago all the products werent locked up. Anyone who shops at places where the items are locked up like this should be ashmed of themselves. We need to demand better. Yes even when it comes to something as minute as this. Not treated like we are less than. What message does it send when we cant go in and grab what we need in peace? In any event moving forward I refuse to shop where the items are locked away. It makes me extremely uncomfortable.Is the security standing at the front door not enough? This is exactly why everyone shops online because of experiences like this.

Called several times, only for the call to be cut after ridiculous wait times. Was on hold trying to reach Mohammed from. The pharmacy department for a community event only to get cut again and again. Only for no one to answer the phone afterwards. A no would've sufficed.

I only purchased some produce totaling $20. Which I was charged for. Then suddenly another charge appeared for over $100. This is stressful when u can't trust a name brand such as WALGREENS. Then there is the whole dramatic thing with cancelling your bank card, delaying some purchases , waiting for another card etc etc etc. Walgreens officials or associates themselves may never see this message OR EVEN CARE but I would like for everyone to BE AWARE OF WHAT'S HAPPENING, NEVER AGAIN WALGREENS.
