Rite Aide Baisley Blvd Jamaica Queens..
Called and stated that you close at 9pm, rush there.. arrive at 845 and you’re closed.. ask Rochdale security if they knew what was going on and he stated that you decided to close at 830??? Is this your home or a buisness.. do you think this is ok because of the community you serve and would you do this if the zip code you serve was different? Very frustrating..

I'm giving a low review because I recently filled two prescriptions and both times they gave me the incorrect amount of tables. The first prescription was for a quantity of eight, however when I opened the bottle it only had 4 tables. And they charged me a copayment for eight pills. I called the pharmacy and they told me to bring the bottle so they could see it, so I did about a week or two later. They realized it was a mistake and gave me the missing amount of four pills. The second prescription was suppose to be for a quantity of thirty pills however, when I arrived to pick it up the young man told me they didn't have the full amount but I could pick up the balance another day. Now when I go to pick up the additional fifteen tables they told me they gave me thirty because it says quantity 30 on the bottle and it had Delores initial. I mentioned to them to take a look at the camera so they could hear the young man telling me the amount was short. And they're stating the cameras does not have any audio which is hard to believe when they are a retail pharmacy who are distributing control substances. I almost forgot to mention that during the summer I witnessed them giving the incorrect amount of tables to another customer and she came back yelling at them, stating had she not counted the pills when she stepped outside the store, she would have gotten all the way to New Jersey with the incorrect amount of tables. I will not be going back to this Rite Aid and I would not recommend anyone to go there because something is seriously going on at that particular Rite Aid!!!!! P.S. THEY PLAN TO BILL MY INSURANCE FOR THE 30 PILLS AND I ONLY RECIEVED 15.

I was called to the register to be helped at the pharmacy after I gave the name and date of birth. I was told to stepped aside for her to help someone else. He came after me. I understand he probably was there before and the pharmacy call him to pick up. But professionally she should've wait after. Customer service skill is out the door these days.

Store ever restocks on time before the alleged bankrupt ! Also they close the register at 10 although they close at 11 PM so if you have only cash as a form of payment don’t waste your time they will blame
It on corporate meanwhile there just lazy af ! Nasty rude attitudes with accents !

Never able to reach anyone in the pharmacy. Lines are always long, sometimes I have waited 5 to 10 minutes.

Would you believe that this Rite Aid denied me medication to treat COVID? My doctor prescribed Paxlovid for the COVID related symptoms. I explained to the customer service representative that my insurance does not cover medications and was willing to pay out of pocket. I was informed that I need prescription coverage in order to get the medication. This doesn't make any sense. If you have COVID and have no coverage for your medication, DO NOT GO TO RITE AID. They will not help you. Unfortunately, I will have to wait another day to get this issue resolved.

Rite Aid is in bankruptcy; this Rite Aid will be closing in the near(?) future, ie; their Pharmacy hours are now 9am - 6pm! If you go to work 9-5, these hours absolutely do not work for you and you must get any prescriptions only on the weekends! Sometimes you may need an RX expeditiously. Their stock shelves have always been poorly maintained.

I got here at 08:50PM. Wanted to buy one item but the manger closed the store 10min early than the time listed on the internet. False advertisement. New management needed. Who manages these establishments?

Came to buy one item on a Sunday evening at approximately 08:50PM. Establishment lists its hours to close at 09:00PM on Sundays. Manager decided to close early. Stop spending your money here so this place can finally close down. Customer service is nonexistent.
