I have AAA service and they send me this company tow truck drivers name is Derick Sad. He decided not to tow my car because he didn’t see the license plate in the front bumper. I told him the car was registered and had four plates and registration and insurance. Had me wait for four or five hours. Just to cancel my second call out of Spike. Beware of this company the dispatcher is very rude and did not care one bit. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and to AAA complaint center.Service: Special vehicle towing

Allen Mitchel was extremely professional. My Wrangler was in a very tight spot, and he was able to get it out, not only with ease, but with such a terrific attitude!!!
