I called the number and spoke to a pleasant person. She switched me to the manager who knew immediately of the product I was inquiring about. He gave me good driving directions and landmarks by the store. When I arrived, I was met by the voice on the phone who was a smiling gentleman. He had my product waiting for me at the counter. This was a great experience from the search, the call and the reception.
