Today I went to the store To finally reserve my unit that I had paid for days prior, and the gentleman at the front desk was so amazing and helpful. He really made sure that I was happy with my unit and explain to me everything that I need to know. I will definitely recommend this location, but I Will post his name in the updated review Sincerely, Sam

The service my family and I received was impeccable. The staff member Frantz was very patient & helpful . He was so willing to assist and answer any and all questions we had . It was such a pleasure to have received services from Frantz .

I went to safeguard at the last minute this morning 11/8 and Frantz to care of me. He was very professional and clear in explaining everything to me. He gave me a space on the 1st floor which is super convenient. I highly recommend Safeguard and go see Frantz he will take care of you.

This place was good , now they have doubled the fees for the unit. No reasonable explanation given for the $80 increase on the unit.

The manager, Nigel, was very helpful and informative. Took the time to show me an example of a unit I was interested in, and gave me the price break down etc.
