Was there to get a job, and the people there did not play games with your time..it was very good.

This place was just terrible. Staff wasn't much of a help and they don't try stopping you when you walk out. Like at least try putting some sense in people's heads before they make a life changing/harsh decision. Granted I was here back in 2019 I believe so it might be different now. Especially with COVID not around like it was. The only plus was that we were allowed to smoke?

I went to a job event for Samaritan Daytop Village and I was treated nicely and I appreciate the experience for all of the applicants. The staff was lovely and had a nice set up for the attendees of the job event. The building is very clean and supplied with hand sanitizer stations , bathrooms are nice. Plus I was hired the same day.

Very unprofessional. They don't care about staff or clients. They have clients who have been in one facility over 7 years. They don't protect staff. Staff has no input. Administration are bully's. If your not a manager of some sort you will not get a far shot. What happened to our Covid money?????

I thank Samaritan for saving my life. I was given a chance, and I ran with it. I am currently in treatment at an upstate facility about to transition to a halfway house. The love that I felt from the staff here has been nothing but genuine.

My pregnant 32-year old daughter, who has been recently incarcerated, was mandated to attend a long-term inpatient program! I heard good things about Samaritan Village! I was dealing with Caroll Salas, who strung me along for two weeks! Between constant emails, phone calls, paperwork submitted from my daughter's therapist in jail, an intake over the phone, etc., my daughter was denied! I think it's absolutely barbaric to turn away someone who so desperately needs help! My daughter and I were devastated! Shame on you Samaritan Village!
