Kwesi was auch a delightful representative. He helped me answer all my questions about my phone that was giving me trouble and was kind and sweet rhe whole time. Eventhough I did not purchase anything he saw and understood that and was still willing to sit and talk to me.Tha k you Kwesi.

Had an amazing experience at this location upgrading my phone. Max was so helpful and knowledgeable, took his time to explain and answer all the questions I had before making any decision. Deffinetely ask for him if you're ever in this location!

Lissette O. who is T Mobile's Retail Store Manager deserves a raise.She is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and has a great personality. That is rare now a days. My husband and I walked in to update our family phone plan and Naveed immediately greeted us with a smile. Naveed was very knowledgeable and not only did he provide us the most cost affective option, he broke everything down so that we can maximize the benefits from our phone plan. The entire upgrade was simple and we left feeling very satisfied.

Amazing Experience and customer service from Naveed!! I wanted to get off my family's account and start a new one with my boyfriend so we could get a new phone under me. Naveed was very thorough in breaking down the pros and cons I had to get a good deal, and find what way he could save us money. He explained the whole process and was very friendly the whole time. Definitely come look for him if you ever need help, he is the sweetest

STAFF UNPREPARED, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DECEITFUL. On March the 3rd, 19h30 went to the store asking for a t-mobile phone plan. Explained would be in the country for only couple days. Was presented to me a signature plan 90 USD plus taxes. After objecting that, I proceeded to inform the clerk, that although I was visiting the country I was not new to T-Mobile plans and I knew there were other plans and prices. First I was told, prices were updated and that was the cheapest plan. After confronting the clerk that he was not telling the truth he proceeded asking me how much I intended to spend? He would made a friendly discount (quote). I left the store and bought the 50 USD PLAN +TAXES on another T-Mobile representative.

Amazing experience very friendly very helpful the manager is very efficient and helpful I didn’t catch her name she was short with a short haircut . She manages her team very well, greeted me as soon I walked in and even played with my baby and kept her distracted while I was on the phone with customer service ! I’m not sure who the gentleman was that helped either but he was very through explained everything to me broke down the prices for me. Best T-Mobile experience hands down go here ! The location closer merrick Blvd on 168 when I went they were very busy and packed and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help I was just standing there with my baby and more people kept coming which led me to leave and go to this location instead! I don’t regret taking that walk since my experience was so great.

The workers of t-mobile is very punctual, intelligent know how to get things done.At no time I been to a t-mobile store and have to wait Long for someone to attend to me.They don't tell the costumer what they don't know every problem you go there with they solve them ,inwhich I'm happy for that so I give them10 out of 20.

Amazing customer service! I went to this store in September, to activate my replacement phone. I received from an Assurant company. My sales Rep was Frank. There was an issue with the phone and he was unable to activate it, although he tried several times to get the phone to work. He then called over the technician Joseph. Joseph tried everything he could do. I then decided to upgrade my phone and buy one in the store. Joseph was very kind and empathic to my situation. He then called the Assurant company and politely explained the issues he was having with the phone. He made sure everything went smoothly in order for me to receive a reimbursement as soon as possible. Joseph and Frank both demonstrated patience and teamwork when helping me. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and before I left the store. I would like to express my sincere gratitude thank you Frank and Joseph!

I went to T-Mobile to get a new phone the first store on linden an farmer was not helpful did try to get issue resolved. I went to Jamaica Ave 162 an meet Dwayne who was a great help with everything from billing to me leaving there with my new phone, he explained the different promotions they were have an what was the best phone for my budget I'd highly recommend Dwayne from 162 Jamaica if you need service or phone.
