If you’re looking to get anything printed by the print center go to a different location on Wednesday March 12th I came to pick up a poster board and ending up paying for menus to be printed out as well. I reached home and realized the menu I needed printed had an error I called immediately! they stated they’d have to cancel my entire order if I wanted to switch out the photo due to one error, no problem it was my mistake rushing. I emailed them the corrected menu that I needed printed they stated it would be done Thursday afternoon or Friday morning due to them being backed up but when I just left and payed for the order it stated it would be ready Thursday for pick up. Fine no problem. I gave them an extra day and decided to come pick up my menu on Friday. I gave them extra time just in case if I came Thursday and they weren’t ready. I come in Friday @1pm to pick up the menus they weren’t even printed out. The staff didn’t know what he was doing he couldn’t even work the machine. I asked him what the issue was he said he wasn’t able to work with the machine and that my menus would be ready for pick at 6pm I stated that’s a lot for me to do because I had other things that needed to be done but I needed my menus for my event on Saturday. I come to pick up my menus he stated I payed for them already I said why did the lady tell me she had to cancel the entire order then on Wednesday when we spoke on the phone he shrugged his shoulders I finally get home and something told me to check my order I check my order it is the menus that had an error on them I am so upset with the service I’ve received today. I basically waited all day just to receive an order that was wrong although I emailed them the corrected one. If you’re looking to get anything printed DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION unless u need to use the copy machine or drop off packages it’s too many new people there and they don’t know what they are doing . BAD SERVICE.

Calling customer service very rude over the phone I don’t have time to go to the store in person if I did I would address who ever answerd the phone with such hostility

I came to the store for Amazon return and got a coupon of $5. So I brought my merchandise to the Manager, Ms. Cassandra. There were no customers at any register at that point of time but still something was bothering her that she seemed over occupied and unpleasant. I inquired of her about my over 45 dollar rewards expiry to figure out if I must purchase printing paper. Shockingly, she responded very bluntly that you don't have to go crazy running to staples because it doesn't get expired. Besides, there was no greetings from any staff. It's amazing how one person can change the culture of whole workforce.

The print store needs a lot of work. They messed up my order and make me feel like they’re doing me a favor. I won’t be going back just uncomfortable vibes. They got my order wrong 3 times I sent them the right files they claimed the files weren’t what I wanted printed… how do you know what I wanted printed? Very weird

Today I went to this staples print center after going to FedEx office print center and having a terrible customer service experience. The experience At staples was the complete opposite, I unfortunately did not get the woman’s name but she was so kind and very helpful. She was patient to listen to what I needed and then to help me quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this staples print center and will continue to come here for any of my future printing needs.

the older lady with the grey hair has a lot of attitude and sass who barely wants to do her job. there is only one person at checkout and the line takes forever.

Decent place, some staff are helpful and friendly. Place can be cleaned a bit more. Oh and there is a homeless lady taking over one of the self printing computer. Smells so back in that area. They just let her sit there all day with two carts of crap.

I recently needed a USB thumb drive and while I knew I could find some at a STaples store near my brother but farther away from me, I thought let me see if they have any near the Staples in my area. I found one I liked and i realized I could order it and then just pick it up from my store. I went through this very easy process and after I get an email assuring me the drive was at the store ready for pickup I just let them know when I was ready to pick it up and off I went. It's the first time I've done this and I love it.

Cassandra left me feeling very uncomfortable. I asked a question about pricing for different mouses and she insisted on the sale. It gave off “are you going to buy this or not” CASSANDRA PLEASE WORK ON TALKING TO CUSTOMERS XOXO

Bought some printer ink and a few other items at our local Staples. I prefer to buy at brick & mortar stores. Let's keep people talking to people. Everything was laid out in an orderly fashion and they will meet Amazon's price if there is a difference. It's nice to just walk into a store and walk out with the product rather than wait for a delivery.
