Worst experience i have an appointment for passport renew but window were closed the lady was working on passport section she said guy didn't come today so if you have any issues you can reschedule your appointment this is not good way I did wait for my turn almost 3 hours super slow service

Pick up service NEVER open on time and the worker always look and seem like she just woke up and don't want to do her job.

I Just left there to pick up two packages and retrieved my mail from my PO BOX along with the slip to pickup from the gopost, as I was told that it is not working has not been working all week and the person I would need to speak to will no be in until Monday. I left and came back to inquire about a package that was delivered on 7/23/25 the staff member didn't seem interested in looking into the matter at all..

TERRIBLE POST OFFICE PACKAGES ARE GETTING STOLEN BY THE EMPLOYEES IN THEIR HOW IS IT THAT YOU HAVE A PO BOX AND YOU ARE PAYING AND YOUR PACKAGES ARE STILL MISSING UNACCEPTABLE.

Its been over two weeks since I placed my order. This location has had it since the 8th and it is now the 14th. The reviews have me very scared. If They send my package off and canada post receives it within the next couple days ill keep the 5 star rating. Ill update soon with pictures. Wish me luck 🤞 🤞 :). ❤️
Update: I just checked post canada and the package was received. 😁 if the package is in good condition than im super happy with the services. Ill give one last update when I get my package from post canada. Thank you for services guys.

Absolutely Ridiculous Experience**
I had to wait almost an hour just to pick up a package that wasn’t even delivered to the right address in the first place. There was only one employee working, and they were moving at a painfully slow pace, spending up to 20 minutes per person. To make matters worse, the staff member disappeared for 15 minutes without any explanation, leaving a growing line of frustrated people just standing there.
This level of inefficiency is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are forced to correct USPS’s own delivery mistake. No urgency, no communication, and clearly no concern for the public’s time. Absolutely insane.

Worst post office ever. I have visited this location several times. Today I went to submit passport application for my 2 year old . It was horrible experience. I can not express my frustration in words it is beyond any words can describe. My appointment was at 11:30 in the morning. I have arrived there around 11 am . I was waiting to the window for passport for 45 minutes then I came to know that passport applications were handling in the window used for money order and stamp . Then I was waiting in that line . I kept waiting for 2:45 hours. The lady name Cherryl was rude and racist . She was not maintaining line or appointment. Two other families were coming back several times and Cherryl lady was taking them every time without maintaining the the line and showed zero respect to the people waiting for their turn. she even left her seat and took them personally to the photo center to take photo cause they couldn’t provide a good one for their baby. ( usually u can’t not get photo service without prior appointment, they did not have any appointments for photo but the window lady gave it a pets try)After waiting and waiting when I was in front of the window she was rude , she was leaving three times from the window for no reason, at this point my son started crying like crazy , but that lady was racist , rude and disrespectful.. she said I have to wait another half an hour !!! I said I have been waiting for three hours you gotta be kidding mam! She said if you say like this I might not accept your application. At this point other people and employees were surprised at her behavior. Then she under pressure with so much annoyance and anger took my application. Her behavior was so rude , mean &, disrespectful towards me my kid and also to her colleagues who were sympathetic to me. I am still feeling very upset about this experience.

They never give answers, my package got stolen for sure. I tried everything I could, filling missing packages form, talking with representatives and this office never give any answers about my package. It’s so sad to steal from a mom clothes for her baby and postpartum clothes

I had a package show up at this location on the 10th, leave the facility on the 11th, and be received at the same location on the 13th again! This is horrible service and inexcusable.
