There is a women worker here that is fully covered and extremely disrespectful to customers, she is not helpful in doing her job what so ever. I’ll never go back to this USPS store. Unfortunately, I also see similar reviews and comments about this same women... I don’t trust my packages here.

This lady is a very rude. I don’t know how to she get this job. If you don’t know how do your job so don’t work here just leave it. She refusing me to take my stuff. Yes I have a 10 to 12 package but is going to your window. If you see the video you can see is going to your window. And this is the second time happened. But funny thing she talk to her supervisor after that she take my stuff 😂
They have another guy over there. It’s tiny guy. They also is very rude.

Don't come to this post office on Saturday! Don't do business and go somewhere else!
I am a sender trying to make sure my loved one recieve his birthday package.
He tried to re-deliver his package from them online and it's not letting him. On Sat, he walked from his co-op to this post office and he saw it was closed. It pissed both of us off. A lot of USPS locations are opened on Saturdays for over 6 hours.
Please sellers and clients don't do business with this location and go somewhere else.

Why is there only 1 teller every time I come to the post office?!? During lunch hour too!! Waiting for 30 min already and there are still 6 people in front of me. Terrible service! Also always rude. Please do better USPS!

I went for a passport renewal. My first time renewing. I did read online how, but still ot 100% sure. The lady there was very helpful and patient. Excellent service

There was a letter that was sent to my 86-year-old grandmother and I usually put a couple of dollars in there for her tell me how the letter got there mad late and on top of that they took the money out how do we know well if there was a letter sent out and it was open you would have notified and put it labeled stating that it was an open letter and you guys would have not accepted it like that so guess what someone from your location took the money thieves?

One would have a reasonable expectation that the USPS would maintain consistent hours for the shipping windows at locations in the same neighborhood, but nope! Be advised that they close at 3:30. The Austin St. location closes at 5:00.

I was quite worried by the reviews, but my experience there was smooth and pleasant. The lady at the counter (Arora) handled my package well and she was very polite. Leaving this review because I think the bad rep is unfair.
