Worst experience ever, once again my mistake for using them after 4 mistakes on their part. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but now my dog has to sit in pain for over a week due to their mistake again... can anyone recommend a company that actually doesn't mess up on all their orders?

Staff is friendly, helpful knowledgeable but sometimes on subscription orders pick up times your subscription won't be ready so to compensate for that. I order the day before

Has gone downhill!! Shelves are empty. When prescriptions are sent, you have to call them to check the computer. Customer service is horrible
