I called right at opening (10 AM on Saturday), and the automated system was seamless and easy to navigate. I left a message and received a callback within 30 minutes—much faster than I expected.
The pharmacist offered a prompt solution to my prescription issue and answered all my questions clearly. My prescription was ready just 20 minutes later.

“Riverhead CVS is the single best CVS on the island, other ones like wading river will lie to you about when you can pick up your medicine have you wait on a 7 hour line to say oh it's not ready come back in 6 weeks. Riverhead CVS is absolutely amazing the pharmacist and staff work super hard and very fast and efficient never ever had a single issue I drive from ridge there and it's 100% worth the drive”

They completely had it redesigned and it's beautiful. There are all sorts of terrific products that they sell and the staff are very friendly.
