This has to be the worst AAA in the country. I was mistreated, assaulted, harassed, and left stranded, by one of their 'roadside assistance technicians'. I had to rent a car for $150 to get to my daughter's wedding, and it turned out my car was fine and needed a jump start was all, but their technician only had a little jump box you buy at Walmart. So they towed it to Olean where my mechanic Juno started it the next day. What a joke. I have video of him yelling and threatening me. I asked this AAA for my $150 cost refunded. They have refused. Avoid this office and AAA service branch at all costs!

Dispatch could not figure out where I was. I had to call back several times and it took 2 1/2 hours for tech to finally arrive. Was on a major highway. Middle of the day, perfect weather. Not good.

Called after hours for towing service following a traffic accident. I received an immediate response and the tow truck arrived at my location within 15 minutes. Well above my expectations. Thankful for my AAA membership.

They say their open till 5:00pm and I call at 3:45 after 15 min. of waiting to speak to a service person I redirect my call to the receptionist to find out they are closed. If you are an agency that provides services you should have coverage during regular working hours.
