Trash. The service is trash. The rooms are trash. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Just filthy.

What a dump. The property wasn't kept up at all, lobby was absolutely filthy, and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The lobby staff were all out in front of the door, we had to walk through their smoke clouds to get in, and no one came in to the lobby. The phone was ringing behind the desk and someone from outside answered it on a cordless handset. She came in and was rude to the person she was on the phone with, ignored us entirely, and after continuing to be disrespectful to the person on the phone she hung up on them. Asked us what we wanted. We were a little over half an hour earlier than their posted check in time, but asked if there was any chance they had any options for early check in. She just stared at us and said "check in is at 3". She continued to be disrespectful and sarcastic. Until we decided to find a different hotel.I guess it would be fine if you're looking for a room to shoot up in or throw a rager, but otherwise I'd recommend avoiding it.

If I could give this place 0 star service I would. The worker, with no name tag, had no manners or proper customer service. For 15 minutes, she sat trying to check us into a reservation. She had a literal notebook with directions written and nobody else was working to help her. I can’t tell if it says worse about the management, training, or employees themselves (or atleast just this one.) She couldn’t understand the directions given to her apparently but just kept saying “Well I’m trying to figure this out.” Eventually, after sitting there with no indication of her making progress, my boyfriend and I left. She said absolutely nothing and made no apology or effort to make up for wasting 15 minutes of my time exhausted at 5 AM. I couldn’t even give a review of the rooms because I didn’t even get to that part! Don’t come in the middle of the night when there’s only one worker there who can’t do the simplest task of a hotel.

The room was so nice and clean. Very big room. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable!!!! Friendly service. There was nothing open around when I got there at 8pm but the woman at the desk was helpful and gave me numbers to places that delivered pizza.

Stayed for a week while visiting some friends in the area. Hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms and hotel itself smelled very clean. Free coffee/tea/hot cocoa all day everyday. Good variety of TV channels and good cold AC in rooms. Only negative that we noticed was that there were a few mold spots on the ceiling above the shower. I know that that is caused by people not using the fan while showering, so it's not entirely on the hotel staff for that. Overall the entire experience was pleasant and we will be back next time we visit. Also only 7-8 minute drive to nearest Target/Walmart.Nearby activities: There is an ice skating rink across the street.Walkability: There a few little shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Listen, this place isn't perfect, but it got the job done and the lady at the front desk was fantastic and very down-to-earth friendly. The hotel is understaffed, and I feel like she was doing 3 peoples jobs, but she had the most positive disposition. Our room was clean, the temperature was easy to control, shower was perfect and the morning hot breakfast was decent (pastries, eggs, meat, cereal, waffles, etc).I was able to get in the pool. It was insanely cold, LOL. I believe the thermometer said 72F, (normally pools are 78°F to 85°F). However, I swam some laps and didn't die. The pool was suspiciously closed the next day though, hah.I'd stay here again. Look at the price. Very reasonable and for that cost, this place met my expectations. Possibly exceeded them.

This hotel is in a great location. The service was great, the free breakfast was much more than expected ❤️. The rooms are large. I found hair in my clean towels and an off putting smell of mildew in the rooms. My friends' rooms had similar odors so we guessed it was the air conditioners. We bought room deodorizer at the store as we were only here a couple of days. I would stay again.

There seemed to be only 1 lady working the whole Hotel. While she was nice and helpful, she seemed very overworked and stressed. The pool was closed. No notice given, and that is terrible because we have 3 kids. There was at least 6 pieces of Black hair on the “new” sheets, and the floors are so dirty. You should see the video of how black my babies feet were from just walking around inside our hotel room.Rooms: I saw 4 of the rooms today because my family was staying here too. Very basic. All of the rooms look the same weather it’s an executive suite or not.Nearby activities: Lucy museum.Walkability: Right in the city of Jamestown. Very walkable, but on a Friday night, everything was closed by 5pm, all shops and restaurants.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to Comedy Central Museum or to Lucy & Desi Museum. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant right up the street from this hotel. There are other restaurants within walking distance. This handicap room was a decent size. I had requested the handicap room via the 3rd party site I used and apparently they can't make any kind of changes to your accommodations without going through the 3rd party site. I called to double check my room request and they did not see my handicap room request so they couldn't give me that room. She said that she would put on my reservation that I needed a shower chair. We got to the hotel and the handicap room opened up but she was going to have to look for a shower chair. The evening desk clerk, with ginger hair, said that she would call me and let me know about the chair. Never got a phone call. Now this handicap shower was large, no chair and the only handles in the shower were on the shower door. If I fell, because I didn't have a chair and needed to grab for a handle, I would have pulled down the GLASS door. Not very handicap safe. The room was clean however there were no washcloths and only conditioner. I asked for some shampoo, I got ONE bottle for 2 people and a 2 night stay. The pool, a nice size however, the filter was not running and the water had hair floating in it and very cloudy water. Not to mention the water was very cold.Breakfast was decent but by 8am they were out of waffle mix and bacon. The eggs were crumbled and the butter was frozen. The coffee was delicious!

The people here are very nice. The rooms have great colors doesn't make you feel like ur in Mexico with a yellow tint everywhere. Nice white, grey, and blue.

Wonderful check in process...Samantha was so helpful, patient, and friendly. A real asset for this establishment. Room and facilities are super clean and bright just like their reviews. Great shower pressure and the bed was comfy. The breakfast selection was good... coffee strong, so had a few cups.A good experience overall.Rooms: Great colors, bright and cheery.Very clean and well maintained. These are the attributes we look for...and why we stayed here.

You can’t beat this location especially during the comedy festival ! We walked everywhere except to the state at Lucy memorial park and the graveyard. But we could walk to all the museums and various food and shopping options.Service was incredible. We had an issue with our AC but the staff wasted zero time getting us a new room.

Service overall was good.Rooms were not as cleaned as they should be. There were old soap left in the bathroom and some wrappers on the floor. The main floor had multiple industrial fans glowing all the time. They were working on the roof which we didn't know until we got there. Not enough parking on the property but we're able to park on the street in front of hotelNice and cheap snack bar option. We were hungry after a concert and nothing was open. So that was niceBreakfast was really good. Eggs, bacon toast waffles cereal etcRooms: Not cleaned well enoughBut rooms themselves were nice. Fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Offer free breakfast but lobby doesn’t have AC at the moment which means that the doors leading outside are always open. It does lead me to think that could be a safety concern but anyone can walk in through those doors anyhow. When we were in the hallway on the 2nd floor it smelt kind of odd but not unpleasant (kind of like a door or hospital hallway). The room we were put in was nice and good for the price we paid. We checked the entire room for bedbugs and everything checked out. No bed bugs. The ac worked well and all things in the room and bathroom worked properly. Gym is small but the equipment they have is pretty versatile. Overall it did what it needed to do. Provide us with a comfy, clean place to stay the night. We didn’t spend anytime in the room during the day. If you wait until night time to park good luck finding a spot. If you park before night time you should have no issues. We were there for a wedding but the overall area is pretty dead and barren. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast so I can’t speak on that. BEWARE as of the time we stayed there they have started doing construction on the roof. You may be woken up by the noise.
