I have made multiple purchases at multiple stores in more than 3 states. I have never had a bad purchase. I have never (yet) had to return an item from Big Lots. Consistency is great!
Employees are always so busy but they always have time for customers.
There is always so many products I am always impressed with quantity. Almost ashamed at the display. Prices cannot be beat unless someone else has a really big special sale.

Dear BigLots! Always worth 2-3 visits in a row! Cheap, beautiful gifts, clothes and food. They also have furniture, garden things and you can use great vouchers if you have the BigLots card

Was in town for an appointment, I got dropped off quite early so I decided to walk to the store and get some things I needed. It would have been big lots but alas their bathroom was closed. That makes a store inaccessible to people like myself with health problems. I had to walk all the way to Walgreens for a bathroom and they got my business too! Keep in mind before you close your bathrooms that it will limit the people who are able to shop there, and for how long (aka how many items we will spend our money on).

Sad to see prices so high.. I loved big lots for its lower prices. Now their pricing is the same of not worse than Wal-Mart.

Very nice establishment and it's been a while since I've been to this store they really have stepped it up staff could be more helpful took the young kid to ask if we needed any help but other than that I was pleased with how far this store has come
