Very busy, they always seems to be short staff for the amount of customers they bring in. But they all put in great effort. Very good team atmosphere.

There is something wrong with this Pharmacy anymore. I changed pharmacies from Rite Aid to CVS a few years back. Why? Because Rite Aid had a constant chaos when dealing with customers. For the love of God CVS, PLEASE place some more clerks inside the store to at least two. You have at least 4 windows to attend to the people inside the store. The people who walk there. There are always all kinds of people walking and moving inside the pharmacy area. But never enough of them to help people in line. Why is that? Please, if you prioritize the people in line, you will notice that you will be able to do more and even be more effective at the pick up window. You only have one person and they are super slow. Please do something about it. People are going to go back to Rite Aid. Please help!

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. No customer service there and it’s at no fault of the staff, it’s the CVS as a whole! It’s always such a hot mess when I go there. I have attempted to use drive thru at the pharmacy several times as i have my child & puppy with me but since they constantly have a “closed” sign on the window, I always have to leave! Then when you try to call there, you can wait 45 minutes and no one will ever pick up so you end up hanging up. I’ve been there at least 3x in the last month where this has happened bc the meds that are supposed to be filled are never ready. So then i am forced to go inside where there have been at least 20 people in line every single time I’ve been there. Mind you, that’s just to get up to the register to speak to someone to see WHY the med that’s “in process” isn’t ready days later, just to then have to leave the line and come back once the med is filled 10 minutes later and wait all over again! They also NEVER have half of the meds that I order monthly in stock and I have to wait for them even though they know (and it’s in the computer) that I’ll be needing them EVERY SINGLE MONTH! So whoever is ordering does a terrible job! I actually feel bad for the staff bc they get the brunt of the frustration from customers because of how poorly this pharmacy is being run! It’s time for me to switch immediately.

New to the area and found this CVS for our medications. Very busy pharmacy. Sometimes a longer wait however the empoyees keep everything running. I feel they may needed more. Despite this they remain professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very helpful. I give these emplyees a big thumbs up. Especially when you get customers that are really rude when they are doing their best.

The Pharmacy has helpful staff and will sometimes accommodate walk-ins, especially if you’re late picking up a prescription within the scheduled time period. The store is fairly well stocked but carries fewer eco-friendly personal care products than larger stores. Staff in general are friendly and helpful. Four stars for too much junk food and too few eco-conscious personal care choices.

Customer service is laughable. I have called several times within the last 5 days, and they're always rude, or lying. All I need is my medication, they've been promising would be there within 5 days ago, then 4, then 3, then 2 and now it's supposed to be there. This place is horrible.

The service is extremely rude here. I ordered a photo item online just to be greated with "We don't event have that." Then why did it let me place the order online? Tried to make me feel dumb for their mistake. Glad I was just in town visiting and never have to go back.

Tried to call after I got out of the hospital just to ask about my script and I sat I the hospital lot for 10 min with no answer so I decided to drive down there. The whole time I'm on hold on the phone. I get to CVS and I'm standing in the line and you can here \\\"one pharmacy call\\\" and I look at my phone. 15 min and you keep hearing \\\"one pharmacy call\\\" still no response from any associate. So I ask the guy at the counter the question I was waiting 15min on hold for. Just for him to tell me they haven't got my script yet. Like that's all I wanted to know. There was no need for me to wait 15min on hold for.
