So far so good. One of the 4 tires ordered was defective and Dunn noticed it and immediately ordered another one for my car. It should be in tomorrow. It is no one's fault but I do have to make another trip to Dunn and wait for the service. All in all very happy with Dunn service. Thanks

Visiting from out of town and had a leak in my tire. Staff not only fixed the problem (In/Out record time) but didn’t charge me! Now that’s great customer service, thanks guys!

Dunn is still on my short list of tire and alignment shops... After the buyout, this store changed local management, and two 2024 attempts to get an alignment done were colored by mechanics requiring "fixes". Problem was that my mechanic and a 2nd Dunn store found at least two of those "required fixes" were not needing any fix -
Happy to say that this time they got me in when scheduled, found everything was in excellent condition and they completed the alignment perfectly.
Dunn, I am glad I gave you another chance.
You do have some way to go before I could ever trust your mechanics again. ..

A good honest crew…I had a few issues and they fixed them all. I also inquired about getting a new set of tires…they told me my tires were in great shape and I didn’t need any…as a follow up, the tires lasted 6 months
